I enjoy going to TD bank to conduct business for my job. The tellers are very friendly and welcoming. However, There's one teller who lacks customer service. One day I went to withdraw money for people with developmental disabilities because I was going to be out on medical leave due to surgery. The teller looked at me and asked if I can't break up the transaction and return another day. I told her that I would not be able to answer that question. she stated everybody goes through stuff and it's mad early in the morning. I didn't responded and left after my transactions. read more

The hours of the Bank are great. A Bank open on Sundays deserves more than one star, however I will say that their customer service is sub par. When I have to wait over 15 minutes to ask for a teller when I am next in line seems a bit ludicrous which has me wondering if the employees know what they are doing. On a different occasion, the employee would not even let me withdraw money from my own IRA. He mentioned that I was not allowed to which doesn't make any sense. However on another occasion at a different Bank, I was able to withdraw. It just goes to show the competence of the employees. Honestly it is convenient that the Bank is in Mount Vernon as there is no Bank like TD however it does bring about concerns considering that they aren't sure as to what to do. read more

This is the worse bank ever.. i came to open a business Acct and there is not receptionist everyone is sitting around. I did the line for normal banking to get to speak with someone and after I got to see a teller "Kevin" I told him I wanted to open a business Acct and he just told me that's the way it is that "they" know who comes in and just to sit around. Really TD bank? What kind of back are you running, no type of organization is this. It's like running a bank in the 90's get with the program, or this only happens in the Bronx where minorities live and use this garbage of bank. Horrible Parking. One ATM for the whole facility that rarely works. Service is typically poor at most banks, but at least at TD You get to listen to the Customer Service woman talk about how she got her hair done over the weekend while my teller deposits my check and talks over me. When I walked into this TD bank location, I couldn't believe this is the bank that I am working with. The employees here are unprofessional and disgusting. I walked in to get some checks and the Spanish lady and another black lady were just gossiping. There was no line. They were talking about how they went into the bathroom found money orders and then they were being flirtatious with a customer that came to withdraw a couple of dollars like they were just women on the street. Td, is usually good, but this location is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. ATM's always down around 5PM. Tellers seem as if they came straight from the projects. Managers busy pretending they are important, while customers wait, and wait. read more
