WHY would the bank use a "security guard" (the teller told me that is who the woman was), rather than an official bank employee, with a Capital One identifying uniform, offer to help anyone conduct their banking business? She could of opened the account she was acting like we came in the bank at 5:55pm seeking for service. And the bank closes at 6:00pm.Therefore she wasted her time and me & my associates time. One day I went to withdraw money for people with developmental disabilities because I was going to be out on medical leave due to surgery. The teller looked at me and asked if I can't break up the transaction and return another day. I told her that I would not be able to answer that question. she stated everybody goes through stuff and it's mad early in the morning. I didn't responded and left after my transactions.

It may not be the nicest or biggest Chase bank location, but they have tons of new ATM machines to…read moreassist customers with every day quick transactions. I have been able to run in any number of times and go straight to machine without a long wait. Even if there are a few people waiting to use the machines, it does move quickly. The new machines allow you to pick your change which is a nice feature; it's better than walking out with a stack of 20's. The staff members greet at the entrance and assist customers with using the machines if they have an issues. So far I haven't had a bad experience at this locations so I hope it stays that way.
