I checked with the Wells Fargo website and found the nearest most convenient location for driving and parking was in Port Chester NY. I am pleased to say that the service at the Port Chester branch was equally as helpful and friendly as I had experienced at the Rye branch. There is a parking lot for the bank at the side of the building with an entrance on Willett Avenue; also metered street parking.

Chase is more aggressive than Wells in multiple ways including, but not limited to, business lines of credit and dealing with my more difficult transactions. The people running Chase and this branch definitely GET IT! And like Wells, they are always willing to sit down and talk with their customers regardless if it leads to new business. I have been with Chase since they took over Washington Mutual. When I first stated with them in Rye Brook the branch was great. They had a real good manager. The platform staff was attentive and very professional. Of course the honeymoon wore off. As time went by the manger left and most of the platform people left only to be replaced by sub par performers. The only reason I still use this particular branch is because of 2 tellers Kadija and Bibi. Now this is just my opinion and others may not agree but that's fine. I have witnessed customers arrive to speak to someone on the platform and wait and all the time they are waiting no one acknowledges them or greets them. I have been that customer. Having worked in the banking world I know how important it is to maintain your clientele with all the competition of brick and mortar as well as on line banks. You want the staff to recognize you and greet you if they can't then why go in when most business can be done on line. Maybe 3 stars is too generous but the tellers deserve the credit.
