The manager refused to give my mother her money because she didn't have a debit card or cell phone (to get a code). She has never had a debit card. She doesn't use a cell phone. She was standing in line, with her drivers license and other ID. She's been banking at that beach for 20 years. The teller knew and recognized her. And-- she has well over $100k in her account. This is outrageous! You should be ashamed of yourselves, and that manager should be fired.

The ATM is located right on Plandome Rd., plenty of parking in the lot behind the branch and there is very easy access both in and out. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I have already used both the individual bankers, as well as the tellers. Again, all extremely helpful and friendly. If you're a BOA customer, I recommend this location as a complete one stop shop.
