When it was Northeast Credit Union it was a pleasure to do business, now as Lighthouse Credit Union it's a nightmare. I moved to another credit union near my new residence n it is fabulous. You call you get a person on phone, you do not have to go thru a million screenings to help! Lighthouse has Very poor customer service, when you call in you go around n around n around, and when you reply to emails sent to you, no one ever contacts you back, oh and you get emails saying please contact me, you reach out n those emails bounce back. Then when you do get a human, they inform you that person no longer works there! How is it an e-mail you get the day before that person suddenly does not exsist. Oh and then you go into a branch to get caught up on payments you owe n they turn you away, refusing to take it saying that need to talk to another party! Once it became Lighthouse Credit Union customer care n service went right out the door! Yet I was told nothing was going to change! Well it did n not for the better!
