They actually handed it out to someone else who had an unscheduled flat tire. What the heck Mazda? I'm now rescheduled for next Thursday and expect you to uphold your end of the agreement. I don't know what the loan is, but I know they gave me the best rate I've ever gotten for a Loan. I think it may have been around 4 or 5 Percent. Very Friendly and Caring Employees here. I was under 18 but had been making deposits with them daily and they insisted I have a co-signer due to my lack of credit history. Instead of working with me they allowed me to close 6 accounts and take out all my money. I came to Northeast Credit Union with no accounts there, no credit history and being 17 years old and asked for a credit card which they issued me. I have been there ever since and no matter what branch I go to everyone if very friendly and I have never had a complaint about anything whatsoever. It easy to get answers and their online banking is easy to set up and use. This is as good as it gets.

Lighthouse has Very poor customer service, when you call in you go around n around n around, and when you reply to emails sent to you, no one ever contacts you back, oh and you get emails saying please contact me, you reach out n those emails bounce back. Then when you do get a human, they inform you that person no longer works there! How is it an e-mail you get the day before that person suddenly does not exsist. Oh and then you go into a branch to get caught up on payments you owe n they turn you away, refusing to take it saying that need to talk to another party! Once it became Lighthouse Credit Union customer care n service went right out the door! Yet I was told nothing was going to change! Well it did n not for the better!

They had 3 tellers behind the counter but one couple was trying to do something with their mortgage, one guy was ordering business checks & another guy was trying to do something with his house. I feel that some of these things should be done in one of their little offices & not @ the counter. I almost walked out due to the long wait but knew I would need to come back to cash my check so I stayed & waited. The teller did apologize for the wait (I didn't even comment on it) so that was nice. I did tell her I had thought about leaving. I had my Mom waiting in the car so I hated to also have her sitting there waiting for me for something I thought was going to be quick. So 3 star for inside service but still 5 star for their drive up ATM.....lol

(Teller shoots me a puzzled look) "Uh..no?" "Really?" I happily exclaim as if someone told me won a daily prize! "No, how many would you like?" "I'll have 8.. Uh, how about 10, no make it ..12!" greedily swiping my card to unlock the precious loot. They do not do what they say they have done such as; send faxes, emails or even paper mail. They over charge interest rates beyond belief, saying I would have to pay 9.34 when my credit score got me 6.99 through other banks. All in all this is the Worst bank I have ever dealt with!!! I would not recommend them to even an enemy. There is nothing that could make this bank a good bank!!!
