Upon entering there was a short old woman who greeted me and tried to help, little did I know she was going to be no help because she was new. She called the manager who had been sitting in her office who had been sitting there playing with her fingers. It took her about 15 minutes to finish playing with her fingers before she came in for nearly 3 minutes of saying there's nothing she can do and left. Upon leaving she was sitting on her phone giggling. Great service at this branch.
