A valid, authorized expense, each time I call I spend 30-45 minutes they cannot help. My logins do not work and cannot reset login info. They say there is an issue with their website. So sorry. They say they will send a form by email to close account and get funds, of course the form never comes. Call back - start over- another 45 minutes of total frustration - polite but useless. I only have under 4,000.00 in the account. But I imagine they must have a lot of funds that go unused, no way to access your funds. I have documented all calls and will file today. Including the made-up names of customer service personnel, Sparkle, really? I know I won't ever be able to access my funds but I can at least notify my previous employer and the SEC. This organization is a scam.

Instead, they require that you follow a long process to be reimbursed by check, which allows Avidia to keep your money longer. Quite questionable integrity.
