They have no idea who autherized this transaction but say it went to another bank. You would think they could trace where the money went and who autherized this tranction. Instead of our conserns they send us from branch to branch saying this is our finincial adviser. In my opinion this sheer neglence and un concern for the costomer at the least, and possibly fraud on there account. When we ask to get it back very poor excuses are made a to why we owed this mythical $500, $200, $400, etc that they stole. They also love to offer overdraft and then take it away without warning or reason so if you're in the overdraft and just got paid you lose the money. Over 2k lost to this sh**hole bank.

With the exception of one or two very nice call centre operators, every individual department let me down from the beginning; accounts, insurance, Collabria Credit Cards and Wealth Group all failed me at some point. They handled a probate account, like it was the first one they had ever seen. The most blatant of sins, surfaced repeatedly with the Wealth Management department. I moved a substantial investment portfolio to CCCU and in seven years I had five different "Financial Planners." They kept leaving and only once, quite by chance, was I advised that a change was taking place. I am a person who is loyal to my providers; I've been with the same cell service for 38 years; the same big bank for more than 50 years. When respectful, acceptable service is provided, I see no reason to change. It seems like others have had good experiences, so maybe fate chose me to be the sole recipient of all the incompetence, to shield everyone else from it. The only words I can find to describe my personal experience with CCCU are; small town amateur.
