Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I'm sharing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that it can be addressed so future customers don't go through something similar.

Do not take the risk. Misleading site. Fake advertising and uncooperative horrible customer service. GREED. You're better off going to Macys at least you have a clear understanding of policies and quality and can return if you want without someone slipping in all kinds of fees.
