Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I'm sharing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that it can be addressed so future customers don't go through something similar.

Went in to purchase some pieces for a gift and was never told crucial details…read morelike: no returns accepted, mandatory warranty on items, and store credit only allowed to be used on full price items. Absurd. Store selection is also abysmal and the designs look very basic and unappealing. On the website, it states that returns are allowed. When I went back, I was told that was "online only" which is a lie. I was never told returns were not allowed at any point during the purchase. When I asked if warranty was included, they told me yes--only to find that it was an extra charge they had not mentioned at all. When confronted about it, it was only then that they told me that specific pieces have mandatory warranty. Ridiculous. The staff was unpleasant apart from one male employee. They were extremely defensive and made the experience a horrible one. One odd thing I noted is that the pieces I used store credit to get do not have the 14kt markings...they're blank. Also, a female employee whispered something to the male employee and they kept my old receipt. Something about it was off-putting, but I digress. Also did NOT appreciate being hounded to scan a QR code to write a Google review. Unwelcome and just makes for inflated reviews. I will never set foot in any of these locations ever again and I'll be sure to tell everyone to stay away. Terrible store overall.
