We came from out of town to visit family and stopped here since it was near our hotel. The service was great even though they were very busy. My wife, daughter, and I each got pedicures. My daughter and I were done first because they did not have enough employees to keep up with the customer flow. Not a problem, really, since we were on vacation and not in a hurry. (And extra time in the massage chair was certainly appreciated.) Everyone was very pleasant. I was pleased with how well the callous removal went. I usually leave a pedicure about an inch shorter than when I walked in. No exception here. The lady--whose name I did not catch--did an excellent job. I've had pedicures with lower leg massages before, and hers was top notch. The lady who handled my daughter's pedicure found enough room on her big toes to paint a wolf head on each. My wife was so delighted with their work that she let her pedicurist put a flower on each of her big toes. Regarding the location, there is no signage on the road for the shopping center so we had to turn around. read more

I was a walk in yesterday and was greeted immediately and had a pedi chair set up for me. Nail tech couldn't have been nicer and had me in and out with a regular pedi and gel mani in about an hour. One of the worst pedicures I've received. They had a large party come in shortly after my daughter and I got there and they rushed through the entire appointment. I asked for my nails to be shorten (natural nails and just wanted them cleaned up with a little length) and they cut them to look like I bit then off and have no shape whatsoever. The staff is friendly and my polish is good. They were really patient and kind and did listen to what we wanted. I wish I could say I enjoyed this visit. I enjoyed the staff. The ladies I talked to were nice and I'm sorry for doing this but I'm more than upset for what I've received. I wasn't even asked if I was pleased with my nails? I've gotten my nails down fairly regularly over the last 3 years, and because of the reviews on this salon, I came in. They were attentive and helpful. I was sat immediately. The place was clean, but cluttered with furniture in a small space. Two hours later I had my full acrylic set. I was cut twice. My cuticles look awful. I have super glue on my skin. The nail polish is everywhere and there are spots on my nails that aren't painted. I showed a "natural" medium length light pink nail and what I received was pictured. I wasn't asked if I was happy she just took me to the front and asked me for payment. The nail shape isn't consistent and my thumbs look like blobs. I feel disgusting. I did this as a gift to myself, to treat myself... After sitting in my car and shedding some tears I decided I didn't want to spend the rest of my night in there and I didn't return... but I certainly won't be coming back again. The tech saw the imperfections and didn't do anything. I was never asked if I was happy... I was just asked to pay. read more

Probably what makes this place great is that all their equipment is sterilized. There's always a fresh pack of equipment waiting to be opened and used. That's an A in my book! Also the workers here are friendly and don't chatter amongst themselves as I've witness in so many other nail shops - that shows courtesy! Not only do they offer nail services but facial services as well, that I haven't had the balls to try out (mainly because I'm particular with my skin). Their prices are competitive! Especially for being in its location. I don't dread the total bill at the end of the day. So why not the full 5 stars? This place is new and there are 3 really skilled workers here (Kim and Kevin are my fave) but it gets packed sometimes and they'll rush. Also they have a limited gel color selection. I was looking for a place to get my nails done before a concert, and this being the closest salon, i ran there for a "quick" acrylic set. i was there with a friend, and not only did they not understand thoroughly how we wanted our nails, but they had hardly any staff members trained for acrylic nails. my friend and i were called back to the tables, and she got her acrylic set on while i waited at a nail desk. the owner, a worker, and another worker were all floating around, and one of the workers sat in front of me on her phone for the majority, not bothering to help me with my service that i paid for. after thirty minutes, my friend was done and it was my turn. it took longer than ever to shape, and the worker doing my nails expressed she was just there as a "fill in". she also kept trying to tell me that the nail shape and length i wanted was unhealthy, despite my constant telling her that it was fine and i had had them before, which was true. all in all, if you want to go here, prepare for overpriced service that takes much longer than expected. read more

I gave this one star Bc they were very nice. Outside of that this is the worst nail salon I have been to unfortunately. My appt was at 2:30, I didn't leave until 5pm. I got a pedicure w gel & on my nails -powder nail dip and had an Easter egg design done on one nail on each hand. The girl that did my powder nail dip did not know what to do with the powder polishes to get the nail dip to set in properly. The owner was sitting next to her watching and should have know to tell her she wasn't doing it correctly...my nail dip wouldn't dry at the end of my appointment...she started re sanding my nails again - she did 5 layers of powder already and I get powder all the time so I know this isn't the way they do it. should take 3 mins to try once finished. She couldn't figure it out, so I left with some of my finishing polish rubbed off completely. The nail shape is not even on my nails, the nail itself is super thick now due to doing so many layers and my egg looks like a child drew it on. They offered no discount for all the issues on their end and I am left with a half done job that I paid full price for. Will never go back again. Stay clear of this one. read more

I am not picky when it comes to nail salons, so I stopped here for a quick gel manicure since I was in the area. I do think my experience was so bad because of the specific nail tech I had working with me. She worked painfully slow on my nails, which I can understand if it's a phenomenal experience, but this was not. She was so gentle with everything- - I felt as is my nails weren't actually filed, my cuticles were not cleaned up, my polish job was messy, and the "hand massage" at the end was essentially us shaking hands for 30 seconds. It honestly looks like the gel might start peeling tomorrow already. I had some place to be and knew I wouldn't be back, otherwise I would have asked for a complete new manicure. read more

I choose to visit this salon due to recommendation and a gift certificate from a family member over Christmas. Upon entering I was greeted immediately and tended to, having been the only customer in the salon and offered a bottle of water. I went in for a pedicure and a manicure with a gel/shellac finish. Their polish selection was very limited, more so their gel/shellac options. I received both the mani/pedi at the same time by two people, both very polite. The woman working on my pedi had a very hard time understanding my needs to resolve an ingrown toenail issue but other wise did a decent over all job, I opted for the deluxe package and regret the decision considering I pay the exact same at my go-to salon and feel they do a much better job. The man working on my hands is my biggest complaint, he filed my nails and began applying layers of gel primer on half of my nails - by half I mean he somehow managed to miss the left side of every nail on my left hand. I pointed this out and he just kept re applying more gel primer which was beginning to make my finger tips feel 'tight', he told me I had a good eye for pointing out his mistake. He didn't make the same mistake on my right hand and did a MUCH better job. I mentioned concern regarding the left hand in general but he told me it was fine. My hands spent at least 7 minutes a piece under the UV light which I believe to be the reason behind them being tight - he kept having me put them back under. I paid my ticket - which was what I'm used to paying for a GREAT experience where I feel as though this wasn't, I felt rushed and was in and out of the salon in under 45 minutes which I've never experienced before. Later in the evening after washing my hands I had noticed the gel/paint on my left hand were peeling up already but left it alone, a couple hours later while giving my daughter a bath I felt drag in the bath water and pulled my hand out to find that nearly every nails paint/gel was barely attached, I examined my nails closer and saw that it was a different shade of color due to it detaching from the nail and I removed each gel in a single piece without leaving even a scratch on my actual nail. So here I am with 1 hand (right) perfectly done and my other (left) completely bare after having them done less than 24 hours ago at this point. Upon contacting the salon I was told they don't repair full hands or sets only same day repairs or single nail. I wont be returning. read more
