I have been going to Cee Cee nails for a month or so. I really enjoyed going there a first it was very clean and the staff was nice. It was never super busy when I would go so I didn't have to wait and they got me in. I like my nails pretty short because they grow super fast, I have young kids, and it gives me the flexibility to wait a little longer between appointments if life gets busy. I got feelings the staff didn't like that request so I have been looking for a new nail place but I would highly recommend Cee Cee nails. read more

I really needed a pedicure after my vacation so I looked for a spot close by and made an appointment online. I love being able to make an appointment because I do not like walking in and taking the chance for an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a few of the workers and they had me check in with their kiosk. Then I went to the pedicure station and was really treated to such a nice pedicure. I asked for the deluxe pedicure which included a nice massage, lotions, salt scrub, hot towel and I got gel on my toes. The entire time I was in the chair, I was so relaxed and my pedicurist kept encouraging me to keep my eyes closed and to relax which I did. She helped get some of the dead skin off of my heel and massaged my feet and calves so well. I was truly impressed with how good it felt because I do not do these often. The lavender scented scrub and lotions were very therapeutic and when it was time for the hot towel, I was definitely feeling pampered. While I was sitting, she gave me a folder to look through to select a color which took me no time at all. I knew a color that I was looking for, so I found it quickly and let her know. She started to paint my toes and took extra care to ensure nothing got on my skin. It was a very nice pedicure and I can see myself going back again soon. When I was ready to leave, they have the option to pay with cash, check, Venmo or charge. I opted to use Venmo just because it was the easiest way for me to pay and since I did not have cash, I even included a tip in my Venmo amount. read more

I moved about an hour away from Cee Cee Nails and tried several salons in my new town and today I returned to Cee Nails to find that they were under new ownership and couldn't be happier with the job they did on my manicure and pedicure! Van, the new owner did a wonderful job and I could tell she was proud of her new business and wanted to be sure all the customers were happy with their services!! They were all super nice and accommodating- my regular nail salon forgot about my appt and I needed my nails done asap since I was leaving for college the next day. They got me in and did great until shaping and protecting the strength of my nail. I knew as soon as I left the store my nails were gonna break. The next week one of my nails breaks in half just by picking up something off the ground. The beginning of the following week 2 more nails broke in half. So within a week and a half 3 of my nails already broke. I'm not someone who writes bad reviews about places but this was one of the worst experiences I've had. read more

This was my first time here and I had a pedicure and manicure with dip. Both sets of nails look great. My only complaint is that I had an appointment and they didn't actually start working on me until 30 minutes after my appointment time. If I had been a walk-in wouldn't mind waiting. However, I called ahead of time and scheduled for a reason. To me 5 to 10 minutes is an acceptable wait time when you have an appointment as unforeseen things pop up. I left my last nail place because they consistently failed to honor appointment times. I will give this place another chance. Hopefully, this was just a fluke. read more

I've had a pedi and dip done on two separate occasions both were good and I'm picky! Very clean, pretty decor, good pricing, and a lot of color choices for everything! They got me in fast both times and they gave me updates of how long it would be left to wait which was nice. The first time during my pedi the massage chair had a mishap and had mind of its own which was inconvenient, but slightly humorous. I was already half way done with the pedi so no use in moving so I just stayed. Not a big deal. The second time I called last minute they fit me in and with out a long wait! The staff are very nice! They have drawings for customers(designer bags, jewelry, etc) and a loyalty program too. I'll be coming back! read more

First time, never again! Pros: pedicure was awesome, gel polish looks great, no complaints here. Unfortunately, I did not get the young ladies name. Cons: Dip $40 and does not include any kind of manicure, that's an extra $10. The tech that did my dip was frustrated when I asked if she was going to clean up my nails. That's when she asked, 'you want a manicure too?' I'm sorry, every other place I have visited will include some sort of manicure before they apply dip/gel/etc. She was very rushed doing my nails, jumping back and forth between myself and another client, and then having someone else do the final touches (massage hands, wipe down nails). I hate when they do this, so unprofessional. The worst part of it all is that she did not coat my entire nail so therefore I have gaps on the side of all my nails with no polish.....FRUSTRATING! I have been going to Cee Cee Nails for over 3 years now and will never go anywhere else. Each time I know exactly the service I am going to get and I am always satisfied with the work. The team there truly knows how to deliver what you ask of them and makes you feel comfortable. There have been times I've been so comfortable I almost fell asleep! Not the best service. The customer after me waa taken first. When I did get seated, the nail techs were busy fooling around with each other instead of paying attention to the details on my nails. My nails were filed in an inconsistent shape. In addition, they were rushing to finish my manicure. I had to request another coat be added to cover up the transparent edges. The owner walked in later and started rushing the techs even more... my final product was messy. Won't go there again. read more

I moved to this area from St. Charles recently & saw that CeeCee Nail was close by. I was greeted right away & a woman motioned me to her area. I told her I just needed a fill, gel manicure. They had a little trouble finding my color but finally did and the manicure looked nice. My nail tech was not very talkative but he did tell me she had a daughter. Moving ahead a bit, a few days later, my index nail came off so when I went back to get it fixed, a man did it and was very nice and didn't charge me for it. Back to the initial visit; my tech motioned for a walk-in customer to sit at her area because I was almost finished. I noticed other customers got a hand & arm massage but I didn't. I thought it was expensive, too. I will look for another salon when I am ready. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and I absolutely love it. It's always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Compared to other places in the area their prices are reasonable and the product lasts. I get acrylic dip on my nails and have went 3-4 weeks before getting them redone and besides the growth of my nails the color still looks amazing with no chipping or peeling. If I could give it a zero I would. This place is horrible. I went in to get my toes done and the lady kept messing up numerous times. I told her and she never bothered to fix the mistakes. When it came time to check out I handed the lady the money wanting change back and she REFUSED to give me change back. I didn't want to tip for the horrible service.
