I've been getting a mani/pedi once a month for 6 years, I'm in the area temporarily and went to the first nail salon I found (which was my first mistake) and I got a simple mani/pedi w a clear coat and my eyebrows waxed, it costing $90 was kind of wild to me bc I've gotten a mani/pedi w my eyebrows waxed at multiple other places for $60-$70 The gel didn't settle right, it's uneven and cracked as well and you can see bubbles u see neath the nail, definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

This is the worst experience I've had with having my nails done! The lady was rude and so rough!! My knee has been bothering me and has had surgery on it twice and she was upset I couldn't lift my leg the way she wanted it for the pedicure!! This is the only place I've had to lift my leg in the air for someone to work on my heel of the foot!! I've never been so upset and left the place in tears after spending over $100.00!!! I would not recommend this nail shop they rushed do your nails instead of them soaking my acrylic set off she used a acrylic, fake nail to go underneath my nails to remove them left my nail bed very sore. The gel polish is so uneven and very clumpy I went for a manicure and pedicure and they charged me 142 was originally supposed to add on a facial, but if they were rushing through my nails and toes that way, I would've hated if I would've got my facial. Also, they don't scrub your feet they just stick them in the water and rub your legs down not once was my feet touched other than getting polished. Honestly is not worth one star. I went in for a gel ex set. Instead of soaking off, the tech wedged an acrylic tip under the gel ex nail and tried to pop it off my natural nail. This ripped my nail 1/3 of the way across and it started bleeding. They then said they just needed to glue it and wanted to proceed with the set. I won't be returning. read more

Positives: I appreciated that they accept walk-ins. The place was clean and the color selection was large. Negatives: The quality of work they did was sloppy. You can still see part of my real nail underneath the dip powder. They're not smooth on top - uneven nail surface. And the clear coat started rubbing off after I left. I've always had dip powder done where the clear coat dries in 5 mins. They sat me down for 18 mins (there was a timer) to dry my nails under the UV lights/fan. When I left, the top coat started peeling off immediately. I do NOT recommend this place for a set of dip powder nails. read more

Went for an acrylic set. Seemed very rushed and sloppy. Two of my nails are crooked from bad filing, and I asked for the color to be just the tip and he did the whole nail. TERRIBLE. I have only been here twice. The first time they were fast, and I got a full set and it ran me $65. Alright for a full set and design. The second time was absolutely terrible. They took about two hours for an acrylic fill. The man doing my fill cut three of my fingers and made them bleed (you can see the scabs in the second photo). Then had the audacity to charge $65 (plus tip) for it, and I got a simple design. These nails are press on quality, as they will just flip clean off. The acrylic turned yellow and bubbly. Their products are either old or bad quality, or both. DO NOT waste your time! They will also push you to leave them a good review on google. read more

Amazing on getting you in and doing the upmost to cater to your schedule above their own. However, sloppy and pricy work. I had the clear over my cuticles and uneven top coat after leaving with my new set. I left with three finger cuticles cut and my toe cut open too. I had a regular pedi and new acrylic set with gel. This is my go-to place for manis and pedis. I usually get the basic service but they have upgraded options as well. I'd recommend gel over regular polish, but that's just in general and not specific to here. I've been to a few other places in town and this one is the cleanest and has the most pleasant environment as well as the most professional staff. I'm not always a small talk kind of person when I'm getting a spa service and I feel like they respect that. This review is coming after just getting my nails done at another salon. The service was ok but the nail tech was overly chatty and I'm not sure he cleaned his station between me and the previous client. The owner rushed me and didn't look at the reference photo I showed her. she then became very frustrated when I admitted (after being asked) that it wasnt exactly what I wanted. She made several irrelevant excuses as to why she couldn't per the simple manicure. She tried to tell mw the photo I showed her was fake, and it was a very simple simple design. Piss poor attitude and she still charged me $45 for a gel manicure after keeping me there for almost three hours and having to start over three times. My nails still look horrible, and because they were redone three times they're too weak to go somwhere else. Absolutely not happy with this experience. read more

My friend and I went in here to try something new because it was the only salon open at the time. We walked in and asked for acrylics and it took them 30 minutes to get us seated and there were only 2 other people in there. Once we got seated, they were rude and making fun of me because I have a habit of biting my nails. These acrylics are the worst I've ever had, three of them are crooked and almost all of them aren't the right sizes & they don't fit my nails correctly. There are random black dots that formed under the polish and I can't scrape them off. Would give a zero star if I could. read more

My best friend and I went in for our first time at this place. The salon is very nice and clean, but some of the tech's seemed less then friendly. One guy was standing around just staring at everyone, not smiling or anything. The young man who did my nails was very polite and did a great job. Some of my nails did end up crooked, parts of my skin glued to my fingers, and all the polish was way lighter then it looked on display. My best friends nails were very poorly done, some had no apex, all uneven in size, unevenly painted, color was lighter then expected. The lady wasn't very friendly either. A friend and I went in for pedicures. the man that did my friend's service was incredibly rude! Told her after she already had her feet in the water, to go pick a new polish. And then scoffed at her when she didn't want her chair moved all the way forward, because it was uncomfortable. Then refused to speak to either of us, even after I asked him a question. The only thing i really didnt like was that i ended up paying for something that was off from what i had asked for. I had gotten a pedicure for my birthday, but we were going to wait a week after my birthday after my volleyball camp was over. So I was excited because my feet were sore. I had a couple of blisters on my toes from my shoes. I was hoping that the nail artist would leave them alone, but she didn't, she decided to rip into those things until I nearly cried, not only did they cause a tremendous amount of pain to my feet, they did a terrible job of painting my nails, like she had something better to do. First time here and it was a great experience. This place is much more Spa like than other places in town. For example you don't walk right into the mani pedi area where everyone hears you ask for your services and costs, etc. There is a nice desk/waiting area completely separate from the pedi area. My coat was taken and hung up for me. The music is soothing and spa like. Just images on the TV (I do prefer to watch HGTV or food network normally so this was a downside, but more relaxing I guess.) I was offered something to drink. Didn't see magazines though! They were busy when I got there, 30 minutes after opening on a Friday. But they took me right away. They have Essie polish! That surprised me. Prices were comparable to other places in town. Overall I would say this is my best experience after visiting about 4 different nail salons in town. I will be back! read more

I just moved into town and went here looking for a eyebrow waxing. I told the lady I wanted them to be cleaned and told her I didn't want them thin at all. But don't think she heard me. She left them so thin and uneven. The shape of one eyebrow is round the other squared, they didn't match at all. Did I mention they are SUPER thin 1/3 of the size I walked in with. Considering that I just needed them cleaned, I am pretty much on top of waxing my eyebrows. The most horrifying thing is that she burned me with the wax. I was willing to deal with the miscommunication but when I got home and saw the swollen bags under my eyebrows I truly panicked!!!
