She is quite pleasing to the ear, and she has a smiling disposition, which is like an actual shot in the arm! We spoke about my request for check statements, and her professionally warm, kind, and welcoming demeanor made me put all of my medical issues on the back burner ALL day! Teresa made me feel just like a much missed close family member! I have starred in a medical horror show for years, ( so to speak) and it was as if Teresa knew how low my mood has been for quite a while. Teresa is without a doubt someone who should be cloned! As soon as we walked in the door, someone greeted us and asked how she could help. I told her what my father was wanting to do and she told us that we could use the ATM in the middle of the lobby, or visit with a teller -- toward the back. I'm not sure why the teller wasn't at the desk closer to the front, but I do know that those extra steps for my father are a no-go. Either way, we used the ATM. He had a little trouble, but I helped him, and I'm sure that they would've done the same. These folks are friendly and eager to help, and that is a reflection on the branch manager. A whole hour in regards to a simple address change/update I made to my account two months ago that was never corrected on my 1st & 2nd time contacting them. Today makes the 3rd time.. She assumed I had not spoke to anyone in regards to this matter because she couldn't see it on her end and that she never heard of the previous call center agents name. She continued to try & correct me & tell me I must have spoke with another person. She also informed me that she been working in that department a long time and don't know anyone by that name & I must be incorrect. I have emails with signatures to confirm. Miss think she knows it all need to be sent back to customer service training. Finally after holding for over 10 minutes to speak with a supervisor Kayla, she confirmed I was correct in regards to previous agent name Alyssa and proof of my two previous attempts to get this matter corrected. I only use this credit union because they financed my vehicle. I'm closing my account & never doing business with them again.

This is the WORST bank ever!! We had a substantial amount of money taken from our accounts. When…read morewe first discovered it, we immediately met with Sue Hearn, VP in The Woodlands. Her first reaction was to play "detective" and immediately look at my husband and I as the criminals. Her questioning was beyond belief! Needless to say, it took 7 weeks for us to get our monies returned. Speaking to the CEO, Christopher Doyle was like talking to a Kindergartener. We got no where with him but empty promises. Then they had us talk with their investigator, Clay Perry. He was the only one who had any common sense in doing what was the right thing to do and that was to get us our money back. There is absolutely ZERO security at this bank. You put your money there and your entire identity is GREATLY AT RISK! The person(s) who stole our money were able to change our bank profile and did in September 2020 and we were not notified until December 7, 2020. When the funds were removed and it is a very large sum we WERE NEVER NOTIFIED. It wasn't until we looked at the account. They had a girl named Jade who "supposedly" tried to call 1 of the 3 phone numbers which just happened to belong to the "International Money Fund," a scam number but she did not have enough sense to call the other 2 phone numbers. Also, Sue Hearn, the VP "accidentally" emailed me "personal and confidential" information regarding their employees. What kind of security is that? Then Sue had the audacity to email me and tell me to "disregard because it was inadvertently sent to me." Are you kidding? Again, ZERO ZERO SECURITY AT THIS BANK!!!! If you have an account here, BEWARE!! Should your identity get stolen from this bank, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. You will be treated as a "criminal" rather than the victim. There is absolutely no integrity with Sue Hearn, Robin McDougald and Christopher Doyle. This bank needs to be reported and if you think that being insured by the FDIC will get your money you are sadly mistaken.
