This place is so relaxing. There's WiFi, cute seating areas, and games to play! There are so many options of teas to choose from and they are all so delicious. You are even able to get a free snack with a purchase of a drink. The cashiers are really helpful if you are having a hard time choosing. My son wanted a fruity boba tea and she chose a yummy strawberry milk tea for him to try. He loved it! There are also some great savory items to choose from like the Korean corn dogs. Noticed all bad comments talked about slow service but we practically got our drinks before we walked away from the register. So they improved that. I've been here a handful of times and every bubble tea I've ordered was good. Black galaxy (milk, brown sugar, and boba) was very sweet and yummy! Also tried the Japanese matcha crème brûlée. Decadent crème brûlée flavor on top of matcha bubble tea! Passion sweet orange had a slight orange taste (more of a passion fruit taste) and was very refreshing for a hot day. This place is pretty dependable for your bubble tea needs! This place is sooo cute. The decor is so personal. Every space was designed with comfort and aesthetic in mind! I love the hanging egg chairs in the corner next to the window! Super cute and comfy! There is also a cute bike with flowers on the other side. Cute hanging wall planters all along the back wall. The nice decor is definitely Instagram-worthy, so you'll be able to perfect those paparazzi skills! The interior storefront is a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of seating. It's the cutest cafe to meet up and hang out with friends and family. I had the Tea-Rex royal milk tea (oolong milk tea with herbal jelly, egg pudding and boba), which wasn't too sweet and had a good balance of milk:tea ratio. The mango delight smoothie wasn't overly sweet and had a great flavor from the swirls of mango purée, which was refreshing with the recent unbearable heat and humidity. I can't wait for their grand opening so I can try other drinks from the menu. Woohoo to Lafayette for embracing diversity! Look you guys. The service here is just too terrible to make up for anything else. You have been warned. We have come several times ordering multiple drinks. You'd think they appreciate a returning customer who's spending the money. Nope. Ordered 5 artichoke teas with no ice. They "forgot", put ice anyway, when they realized the messed up, they scooped the ice out....giving us cups that were only a little over halfway filled. Like what? When we approached the workers about it she just claimed they came that way. The next time we came it was the same workers. We ordered the artichoke tea no ice, they diluted it down and forgot to put syrup. Excuse me what? It did not taste the same at all nor did they even include all of the toppings it usually has. It only had one measly piece of jelly!!! I handed over the punch card and she practically threw it back!!! What is the point of being able to choose your sweetness and ice level if they just disregard you? Terrible service. read more

After looking at the reviews and seeing one of my favorite yelper post a not so good review I almost didn't go but I said let me try it for myself. The establishment is beautiful to the eye, I purchased a passion sweet orange smoothie I had no idea on what to purchase so I just picked something. To me it was ok not something I would be in a rush to go purchase again. I asked for help on the ordering was hoping that the worker could suggest something or tell me about the different drinks they have and what's in them that was an epic fail. Tried Tea-Rex sheet seeing beautiful pictures on a Facebook ad. Not normally one to even pay attention to what FB is trying to sell me... but the pics of that's drinks looked simply amazing. My 12 yr old is a superfan of boba teas... So we headed over for our afternoon coffee break to grab an pick-me-up treat. Everything is delicious! Galaxy black tea w/honey boba was a mega-hit. Tea milk coffee was yum. And the hybrid coffee w/ added coffee jelly was thick rich and dark... delicious. I normally go every Tuesday at 11:00 and stay an hour to study and drink some tea. Today I showed up at 11 and they were closed and the workers were still just hanging out in their cars! They saw me and decided to go in but locked the door behind them so no one could get in. This tea place is AMAZING!! It is so beautiful inside and has many places to sit. There are couches and lounge swings. Even a photo wall to take pictures! Place is pretty new in Lafayette, but take from a boba tea snob, this place is legit. The Jasmine the here is one of the best brewed I've had in a long time. The milk/cheese foam options are must haves. One area of improvement is to get lids for the smallest sized cups where one can enjoy the unique innovation of just sipping tea vs. mixing it with boba+foam. Prices are reasonable around $4.5 for a tall cup. The presentation of the tea, for certain ones like the potted plant, was excellent. The ambience is great. Have been here twice. The first time there was only one other customer, waited for almost 20 minutes for my drink. This second time, waited 35 minutes for a simple milk tea with boba.
