When my wife asked for one bagel with bacon only, she was rudely told that wasn't an option and that she would have to pay full price for a standard Sunrise bagel. My wife agreed and paid. When paying at the register, she selected $0.00 on the tip prompt for standard counter service. The employee saw this and gave her a visible, unpleasant look. ​Shortly after, my wife observed the cashier speaking quietly to the young man assembling the order. She then watched the young man take three bagels out of the bag and swap them with something else. Assuming it was just a preparation adjustment, she took the bag and drove directly to our daughter's house. When they opened the bag, it was a completely different order than what was paid for. ​While my wife chose not to go back and escalate the situation, deliberate order tampering or spiteful customer service because a customer chooses not to tip upfront for basic counter service is completely unprofessional. Management needs to look into staff behavior and order accuracy at this locations.

It wasn't clear where those orders should be picked up. I ended up standing by the cooler, which put me in the walkway of food being delivered and the cooler for beverages. I was also concerned about the food handling. The employee bringing out food and drinks kept playing with her hair because it was constantly falling in her face, then continued handling customers' orders. The person making the coffee also had her hair down. In my opinion, anyone preparing or serving food should have their hair secured and wear gloves when appropriate. Parking was probably the biggest inconvenience. Nearly every surrounding business has signs stating "Parking for customers only," which makes finding a place to park difficult.
