Cookie butter poptart and a frozen latte!
    Alie B.

Locally owned businesses are the heart of any community! Huya is exceptional with their homemade syrups, homemade food and not to forget that boudin poptart with pepper jelly! Amazing staff-- especially J! Always has a great vibe that cheesy as it may be-- y'all means all! Anyone is welcome, and i mean anyone. This is the place folks! Everything on the menu is solid and you can't go wrong with any coffee they offer!

Great drinks! Great homemade pop tarts. The pop tarts are amazing, strawberry is a must try. Even if you are not a pop tart fan, don't sleep on these.

Do you like coffee that reminds you of Starbucks? Then, this local joint is the spot just for you. A yawn is a silent scream for coffee! We ordered the large latte cream slush ($6.50) and medium iced latte ($4.00) and was not disappointed. I don't drink coffee much, so do forgive me if comparing it to Starbucks offend anyone. Overall, I would come back to try all their options of coffee and sweet delicious pastries, like their homemade pop tarts and so much more! Their yelp page will be at the bottom. Chantilly toast ordered by a friend
    Amanda C.

Second time here. Not a coffee connoisseur but I know what I like and I like the iced coffee. Food, I have tasted and enjoyed: a savory toast (pesto prosciutto), boudin pop tart, blue berry muffin, Saturday's breakfast quesadilla. Basically, anything I've tried has been good. I have never sat outside, but inside is bustling for employees, but easy to enjoy a quiet conversation with your friends and family. Employees are friendly and busy. Overall, a great coffee stop for us.

Huya Craft Coffee is probably one of my new most favorite coffee shop! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! The space is always clean at all times! They have a good selection of coffee and treats. My favorite is the Chantilly Toast! They are always updating their food items, I cannot wait to try them all!

This is THE PLACE for the best flat whites!!! They know how to pull a shot!! Very creamy and delicious! And the latte art is precise and beautiful!! The baristas here are the best in town! I came down from Houston for a soccer tournament and I am very blessed to have found this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! Highly recommend!!! People here are extremely welcoming and friendly! Ask for Caleb, he's amazing!!!

Best place for coffee! Iced or hot! Milk alternatives.Very friendly and ready to serve. The pastries are great and you should definitely get a boudin poptart! Try everything on the menu, you can't go wrong. A place to have a coffee date or just to go by yourself and relax.

Stopped in this morning early before work. So happy we did. Muffins were fresh, warm and delicious!! Coffee was great too!

Great service, very sweet workers. Latte with almond milk was really good and not bitter. Their avo caprese toast was a good size portion and tasty! The orange cranberry muffin was one of my favorites I've ever had ever! 10/10 experience

The interior of this location was very nice and welcoming. There was a good mix of seating options that seemed accommodating for both larger groups and smaller parties. The music selection was also enjoyable and added positively to the overall atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp and andouille omelette. I will say the presentation was very stark and uninteresting. Just based on how it looked, I would not have expected much from the dish. While I cannot quite pinpoint how it could be improved visually, it simply came across as boring on the plate. That said, the omelette itself was better than expected once I started eating. The bites that included both shrimp and andouille sausage were the strongest and most flavorful parts of the dish. Overall, if I were judging strictly on appearance, my expectations would have been low. Taste wise, I would give the meal about a 6 out of 10. I did notice several other dishes coming out to nearby tables that looked more appealing, so while this order did not fully impress me, I would not rule out returning. Next time, I would likely try something different from the menu.

The food is always fresh and flavorful, definitely a win. The restaurant is consistently clean, and we're usually seated quickly (which already earns bonus points in my book). Portion sizes are just right, we leave full but still manage to have a few bites left for a late-night snack. The beer selection is always rotating, so it's fun to switch things up and try a new brew now and then. My only suggestion? Ice those glasses! Draft beer is great, but an ice-cold one? That's next-level. Service is solid, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. And if you're going, get the tacos and fried green beans They never miss.

I came in from Mississippi. It was my first time in Lafayette, and I can say without a doubt it will not be my last! I happened upon this bistro right here on Yelp and it was a hit with both of us. So much so that we went back the next morning and were greeted just as warmly as the day before! We were greeted and seated immediately. You peruse their well-rounded menu at your leisure and then order at the counter. I know they use savory and sweet in the description, but to me your choices are even broader. Like a little kick with your savory? Order the Cajun immediately. Fantastic boudin! Want a milder start, order the Crepe Madame with your choice of ham or turkey. Savory with a bit of sweet, order the Monte Cristo. The triple berry jam is outstanding! On the sweet side we tried the S'mores with Biscoff and the Creme Brûlée. They satisfied my best friend's favorite food group...sugar. We met and talked with the owner, Cody, while we were there. Super, super nice guy! We had a thousand questions and he answered them all while we ate our tasty crepe creations. We sat and watched his wife prepare the dishes while trying to convince them to open restaurants in our hometowns! We had the best casual and friendly dining experience the either of us has had in a long time and can't wait to go back! Thank you, Cody and family!!

Oh, it must have been an off day for her…read more We wanted brunch that morning just because. I picked the place, because the last time we were at Toasted Yolk they were under construction. And the manager gave us a discount because of the noise. First tip off that this might not go well, was there was only one other car in the lot, and they were at the To Go door. Well, that means all the attention will be on us. And we were indeed the only people in the place at 8:00 a.m. "Table for two, please." We followed her as instructed, and passed window booths to be placed (pause, deep breath) next to the bathrooms. Um, no. This will not do. But we were polite. My wife asked if there was another table not near the bathroom that we could use. The young woman literally slammed the menus down on the table, and walked off in a huff into the kitchen leaving another person to quickly come up and bring us to a table. Suddenly, our brunch mood dissipated, and we felt our welcome had quickly chilled. We apologized for putting anyone in a bad mood and got up and walked out the door. Of course, they apologized as well, but the deed had been done. I do not want anyone in the kitchen that is angry with me. The kicker is that there is another brunch spot nearer home than this one. And that's the one we went to and received excellent service. Lafayette has so many choices for dining that one wrong move will strike you from the list. Sadly, this was a wrong move. I guess that only leaves fifteen other choices.
