They come with equipment if you don't have it or to supplement anything you do have. And they ease you into a workout routine rather than starting you on some crazy boot camp routine. I am much stronger and more resilient in the last month since Melisa has been coming and training me and my wife. We also have separate packages for couples sessions as opposed to individual sessions. It is expensive but let's face it, if you're not motivating to go to the gym you have no excuse.
