This place is great! The food is so fresh and crispy and the fries are fireeee. I'm a new fan of the Garden Catering franchise and this spot doesn't disappoint! Although it's smaller compared to some other locations, the food is just the same! My family also tried it with me and I got them to be new fans too, and my dad is hard to impress lol The store is small, but has what it needs and the service was quick. Ordering online was seamless. Choose one of their many specials including 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 1lb of chicken nuggets mixed with fries or cones (opt for the cones). Potato cones are the reason why I keep coming back. Chicken nuggets are okay, no complaints, white meat & very rarely a chewy piece. If you get with the seasoning it adds a bunch of flavor but it is a bit salty. I always buy in store so food is cooked to order. I've gotten delivery from here. As a fan of Chicken Joe's in New Ro, this place has striking resemblances to it... from names of food (bad boy), to container for food (bag with foil inside), etc. Their nuggets are crispier than Chicken Joe's so that alone is a win. I like it and have to stop by in person when we aren't living in a pandemic. read more

The Mamaroneck Ave location is probably the worst place now because the manager is very disrespectful. My son went to get the $5 special today and it was 1 minute early, last time he went a little early too but they gave it to him. This time for 1 minute early they charged him $12 and it was a struggle to get the money back because "he can't make the same mistake twice" overall today the manager was disrespectful and told him to not come back. read more

Not a great spot. Honestly I didn't expect much reordering from this spot but it was even worse than my expectations. I ordered the Special with corn fritters, cheese and seasoning. There was no seasoning, very few pieces of chicken and slices of cheese just thrown on top of it all. It wasn't appetizing at all and was just very sub par. Not really much I could say. This place is very unprofessional, I order my food over the phone and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get to the facility and inform the person working there that I'm here to pick up. Instead of looking for my order, the workers continue to take other individuals order, while ignoring me and my order. Which my order was already done and put aside for pick up. This place is awesome! I just had them make a mixed variety of breakfast sandwiches (30 of them) for my office. Not only were they delicious, the man who took my order was friendly and everything came on time, hot and perfectly wrapped and labeled. I went to Garden Catering in Mamaroneck. I was just getting for the summer so this was the only food I had at home, as I lost power because of the tropical storm. The 1 LB chicken bag comes with 4 sauces. I asked the guy for ketchup, and they were very small containers of Heinz. I told him "I don't have power at home would you mind throwing in a couple extra ketchups? We had to throw everything away." The worker said "no you have to pay extra." After a brief argument with the worker/cashier, I stepped aside to wait for my meal. When the order was ready, he stared at me, rolled his eyes, and threw one more ketchup container in. Horrible service. I was nothing but respectful and he was a total jerk about the whole thing. The only reason Garden isn't getting one star is because the food is solid. But this needs to be fixed. This location is great when Javier is working. When not it is lacking. Routinely orders are incorrect.
