Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 - #82 An amazing teacher store with children toys and family events. At the entrance their is a giant calendar with weekly free events. This store offers everything from bulletin board border, welcome signs, hallway decor, lesson plans books and so much more. I could have spent hours in this store but only stay for a few. I knew I had to leave because it is honestly teacher heaven. The interior or this store is bright and colorful. They have different characters on the wall from Pete the Cat, and Clifford. They have a great selection of books and book buddies to go along with them. This is a great store and if you're ever in the area, I highly suggest stopping in for a quick look. read more

We are a homeschooling family, on vacation this week from Ohio. My sister and I visited Teacher's Pet this morning to pick up some new goodies for the kids when we returned home. I was NOT prepared for this store. At all. I could have spent more shopping here than we spent on our whole vacation!! The selection was unlike anything I've ever seen, the staff went above and beyond for us, and the prices are fabulous!!!! I brought home a catalog and my kids have already started circling things they want for Christmas. :) They have everything you could want for kids- lots of pretend play/role play costumes and supplies, games, puzzles, classroom decor, workbooks, sensory items, posters, toys, AMAZING books (hello, Usborne!!!), and everything else you could imagine. And, as if all this wasn't good enough...When we got ready to leave, it was pouring down rain, so they wrapped our brown paper bags in plastic bags to keep everything dry. Come on, now!! Customer service at it's finest. All this to say, if you are in the area, or within a 10 hour drive like we are, do yourself a favor and stop in. But beware- make sure you have plenty of room in your vehicle and a lot of room in your budget!! read more
