My wife and I took a 4th of July tall ships cruise from Atlantic Highlands last week. The boat was spotlessly clean. The crew was ultra friendly, and supplied us with water to keep us cool on a very hot day. We got some fantastic photos of the tall ships, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back. We had the pleasure of hosting my daughter's Sweet 16 aboard the Festiva on June 5th. From start to finish, my interactions with Captain Everett were exceptional. He is professional and quick to respond and has experienced so many different event and weather scenarios that he makes you feel incredibly comfortable with all of the planning aspects. I kept asking him if the boat was going to look as amazing as the Instagram posts and he assured me it would...and it did....actually better!!!! He is a man of his word . We used his recommended caterer and DJ for ease of planning and both were fantastic. The food was tasty and plentiful and DJ Anthony connected us to a private portal where my daughter was able to select all of her favorite music. But I would be remiss if I did not mention the Festiva crew. Each staffer friendlier and more accommodating than the next. Our experience was a 10/10 and I truly hope I have the opportunity to plan another event with Teal Cruises again. read more

We just celebrated our 30th anniversary on the Festiva. We had our wedding reception on the Teal in 1993. This trip went just as well as the crew helped our 60 guests enjoy great food and a smooth ride on the river. We could not go into NY harbor as we did in 1993 because of high winds but enjoyed the trip. Good food and attention to the details helped make our trip memorable. I highly recommend booking for one of their many weekend adventures or a family gathering. read more

The crew was so genuinely happy to be there, and our guests have told us it's the best wedding they've ever attended (we're biased, but we agree). My second trip on Teal Cruise - this time for my own bday. Absolutely five stars in every category. Delicious food, Easy to plan, Gorgeous ride, and Just top-notch service. So much fun! We can't wait til our next trip! The food - from the lobster roll to the chicken satay to the cheese / charcuterie board - was delicious and super helpful to accommodate the vegetarians with humus, roasted veggies, etc. The bartender was great and the alcohol was easy to obtain via a nearby store that delivers to the boat. Great DJ recommended by Everett. Best of all was the warm and kind attitude of every single person who worked on the Festiva aka Teal Cruises. We held a birthday celebration with fifty people on the Festiva and everyone enjoyed themselves thanks to the captain and crew for their friendly service and of course the beautiful views!! Everett and his crew are fantastic! A surprise party for my 60th birthday was held on their cruise ship. There were beautiful flowers, plenty of comfortable seating and everyone on the boat had a wonderful time. Spacious and comfortable areas for outside seating, under cover from too much sun, and a deck below with air conditioning as well. We were blessed with a beautiful day, and the crew were all very attentive and sweet. The ship was spotless and very comfortable for all. My children were able to decorate and create a playlist of music they knew I loved. Food was catered from local a business and served on board. Accommodations and assistance with boarding and maneuvering were provided. This exceeded all my expectations for a very special celebration and memory. Thank you Everett for such a lovely day. I can't say enough about Teal Cruises and Richie, the owner! My husband and I were in Margate for the week and happened by Teal Cruises. The owner was outside and we started chatting. He is one of the nicest people I've met in a long time and the sunset cruise we decided to take the next night lived up to everything Richie described and more! Their pier is set up for parties with seating and decorating that make just walking up to the boat a treat. Once on the boat we found it to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable and well decorated. There were 4 crew on for our cruise and each of them were professional and extremely friendly. I didn't get all of their names, but Dean was a treasure, and Richie is lucky to have him as an employee. Dean was fun and informative and never stopped cleaning up and serving. We were told there would be cheese and crackers, and we could bring our own beverages. Well, there was an urn with lemon water and a table displayed beautifully with cheese and crackers, fresh fruit and delicious berries, chips and pretzels, and Richie was cooking pierogies that were out of this world! Cookies and brownie bites were put out a little later and Dean walked the deck passing out twizzlers! ( I think he must be one of my relatives!) We thought that was amazing until Dean came around a little later with pulled pork quesadilla sliders that were to die for. The ride was perfect and we even got a good sunset. They have all kinds of themed cruises and a Wednesday night cruise for teens, with games set up on the dock prior to sailing and ending on the dock with an ice cream bar. I can't wait to come back for other sails and to see our good bud Richie again. That's how he makes you feel. read more
