I had a great experience with this company; I was referred through a friend; I was coming in with horrible credit, several credit inquiries that were hurting my credit score, 2 vehicles that I had purchased with my poor credit score- so you can only image my interest rate {14-18%}; not only that but the dealerships that's I purchased these 2 vehicles from finagled their way into making me purchase additional warranties that I did not need. I personally got assistance from Luz- she personally went with me to the dealerships to speak with the finance manager, we filed the paperwork to cancel these additional insurances, which dropped the price I owed on both vehicles. We then started working on deleting my credit card inquiries, all of different addresses showing up on my credit report, which allowed my credit score to go up. With my credit score up I was able to turn in both vehicles as a trade-in and utilized my new score to get a brand new vehicle (2017 Chevy Silverado) with a low interest rate. All this happened in a matter of a couple months. We are now working on completing my credit card score; but the worst is over now. So I was completely skeptical about student loan debt resolution and forgiveness, and kept putting off looking into it because I didnt believe my $48K in student loans could actually ever go away. Then a friend told me about how she joined a program that reduced her payments and helped her pay off her student debt. I got the contact information from her and made the call. I was told they couldn't help me because my loans were already consolidated and that I wasn't eligible with their company. I was disappointed, but continued to search online. I came across Student Loan Solution Center and submitted the online info request form. Not long after, my phone rang, and I almost didn't answer because I was already predicting more disappointment. But I did. and it was the best decision I made. I was met by a friendly and welcoming voice. She introduced herself as Jenna (Gaiser), and explained a bit about the company and their services. It sounded legit, but they often do, so I started in with my interrogation. At no point did Jenna interrupt me, or make me feel like I was hearing a sales pitch. It was actually the complete opposite, more like a conversation with a friend who really wanted me to be understand how she could help. Things got even better when she asked for my information and told me that qualified for total loan forgiveness. WHAT?! That's actually possible! She explained how the federal government created the program and what it took to qualify, and how it would work. I was still full of questions and she gladly answered every one, even if it was a repeat (haha). Jenna then explained the enrollment fee, and sent me a email outlining how my fees would break down over the months in the program. The enrollment fee was understandable, but a bit more than I was able to come up with right away. I told her I needed to discuss it with my husband and that I would get back to her. When I asked if any of the terms would change if I didn't join right away, she politely laughed, and told me that there was no time frame, and what I qualified for was set and there'd be no time frame associated with joining or expiration of "offer". I was very happy with that!! After I got off the phone with Jenna, I called a couple other places I found online. I received sales pitch after sales pitch, and was even told what Jenna told me wasn't possible. When I spoke to my husband he said it sounded good, but agreed that the enrollment fee would be hard to come up with in full. I called Jenna the next day and spoke with her about what the other company had said. She confirmed it was possible, legitimate, and what I qualified for had no tricks. I was relieved. I also asked her about payments I could make toward the enrollment. She immediately broke it down into 4, very doable, payments and sent me a revised month to month plan. Again, I asked her, very apologetically, the same run down of concerns, and again she answered. Nothing had changed and everything was very legit. So, I signed up. I've been with the program 4 months now, completed all my enrollment payments and am starting on my monthly. Jenna has been 100% communicative, responsive, helpful, and amazing through the whole process. I actually look forward to speaking to her, because I know it's a positive step toward ridding myself of my student loan debt. I've never been passed off to anyone else to help me, and it's always been emails and calls from her. Having her as my direct is awesome, and I know she's looking out for me. I've told many friends and family about the program and will continue to do so, as I know SLSC is really looking out for their customers and want to help them, not just make money off them. I called brilliant industries and they gave me a consultation for $1.
