After reading all of these 5 star reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Brilliant Credit. First of all, like others have said, their office is pristine, modern, and screams confidence. A good vibe from the start; as a business owner myself I really appreciate things like this. I met with Sarah who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My credit situation is less than stellar after going through the recession, a tax lien, and numerous negative credit items. Sarah obtained my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus (with no inquiry) and proceeded to record every single negative credit item. We then discussed each of them in detail as she took notes. After this, she was confident in their ability to remove most of these items and improve my credit score considerably for a reasonable rate. At no point was there any pressure and I left with more knowledge about my situation than I came in with (for free). This consultation left me with no doubt about signing up for their service.
