I would give them a zero rating if possible. This place is absolutely ridiculous. They can't even order the right parts. It should not take you 3 trips there to fix a vehicle. Absurd you waste our time our gas . They will get it fixed eventually. Last time we ever take our vehicle here! Rude and not reliable at all. Poor customer service. I can't recommend getting any work done on vehicles here. Between the theft from our vehicle and the lack of integrity when they damage something I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. They consistently finding things to fix that we're not an issue or if it was an issue they can't figure it out wasting my time and my resources. As a veteran I expect a place of business to be truthful and professional but that is not the case here. The lack of integrity is astounding. Take responsibility if you made the issue that wasn't there before.The inability to call back like they should is also an issue. Your lack of communication is your fault and it doesn't fall to me when ive reached out and cannot get a call back. Once again have some accountability. For the previous 3 years I've had a great dealing and service with Team Auto Center however this most recent service appointment I was highly disappointed, my truck was functioning properly before the Oil Change service. However, after the service I noticed a leak of transmission fluid, and after taking it to a local transmission service center I found out that my transmission pan bolts were loose, and those bolts just don't work themselves loose, wether this was an accident or intentional, nonetheless I will not be returning to team Auto Center, the only transmission thing that happens during an oil change appointment is checking the transmission dip stick. I suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. When you are suppose to be the number 1 service center in the panhandle of Nebraska mistakes like this should not occur. read more

If I could go lower I would. I was having problems with my bluetooth not working, and they kept trying to say it was my phone and my carrier, when they even tried to connect their phones and it would not work. They said there was nothing they could do. I called toyota and did a complaint. So then I ended up calling a toyota dealer in Denver and they said there was no record of me being to Team for this problem, so they deleted all the communication and washed their hands of it. This is disgusting. After visiting with the Dealer in Denver they told me some options that could be going on. I will not go back to team for anything. read more

Nobody at Team Auto Center listens to what you need and ask for. They constantly try to upsell you on services you don't need and their communication to the customer is horrible. I've been told multiple times they would call me to explain services and still 4 days later I haven't heard a thing. Received a recall notice in the mail in regards to a air bag module. The next day I took my truck in to have it repaired. Service department scheduled me in without delay and did not charge me to have the passenger air bag module repaired. They knew exactly what part it was, had it available, and fixed it on the spot. They rack up the price on parts by a few hundred. Douglas, part of their mechanical department, tried convincing me that he would put a upstream o2sensor bank one for no less than $200. I called him on his B.S. and he said that if I order the part he would do the labor for free. He was trying to make up for wasting my time earlier that week. He charged a little under $3000 to replace two catalytic converter and kept on promising me it would be done by this day.... of course it dragged on. I called her said it would be done in 20 minutes; however, that was not the case I sat in their lobby for a good 3! Yes 3 hours. Over charged, inconsiderate of customers/my time, and failing to order the right parts. I figured they would be professional, holding the name Team Chevrolet. If they cannot screw you in one hole, best believe they will try another. As you can tell I am disappointed with my experience, and hope they treat you better than they treated me.
