The food didn't take very long at all, but that could be because there was only one other party of guests there - although other pupusa places have taken much longer to prepare the food regardless. We ordered a variety of pupusas and they were all made fresh to order with creamy melted cheese oozing out as we cut into them - way more cheese than normal and very delicious. They all had different flavors based on the filling and were all delicious, but we really enjoyed the rajas (poblanos) and zucchini the most. The plantains were nice and soft and delicious and the masa in the corn tamale was amazingly soft and moist, but the crema they brought with it was not sweet at all - which didn't take away from it at all, but it said it would be sweet. The tomato soup on the side was nice and spicy and running, easily poured onto the pupusas as desired, and the cabbage was refreshing and perfect. I was also curious about their burgers since those seem to be an item that people get.
