I had the mofongo with codfish and my wife had the mofongo with carne frita (fried pork chunks) and they were both plentiful and very good. The portions were pretty substantial and will have to try some of the other menu items on my next visit. Another great food truck addition in Albuquerque.

Vegan piccadillo plate. Tasty stuff, lots of food!

Really tasty food, great for vegans and vegetarians (at least on their vegan nights), really big portions, and awesome to be able to get Puerto Rican food. Only issue was my pizza empanada was hollow (not much filling), but tasty and big.

The most authentic puertorican food and menu variety we have enjoyed in all the Southwest. A gem that we have been searching for with a great menu every day. Tostones always crispy and the picadillo is amazing. We often order to go but the weather is so nice year round that we can enjoy our food outside quite regularly. Don't drive by without checking this place out!

The food was good, service was quick. How to hamburger with some fries was a little bit warm, but very tasty

Tasty! We had the combination plate which is a great way to taste a variety of their offerings. We…read morehad the peanut chicken stew, Ethiopian chickpea beberé and Moroccan lamb stew. And the stuffed phyllo with a side of fufu. Which was delicious. The fufu I mean. I shaped chunks of it like a spoon and used it to scoop up the stews. Not a novel idea, by the way. For a drink I had the fresh tamarind which was lightly sweetened and refreshing. The lamb was mild and benefited from a touch of salt, according to my companion. The beberé was sweetened by the sweet potato and probably my favorite of the three. The phyllo was exceptionally good! The table hot sauce has a chili and vinegar kick but is not particularly spicy. Service was great as well.

Good food, good service, and our waitress was a delight...talkative for sure, but a delight. I had…read morethe cinnamon plantains and the combination platter with carribean goat stew, island spice coconut peanut chicken stew, and Ethiopian chickpea berbere stew. My wife had the combo with tofu curry, chickpea berbere stew, and curried lentils. The goat stew was a bit too much for me, so I'd have been happier replacing it with the curried lentils with rice. Very casual but comfortable place with an African shop adjacent. I'd definitely give it a go again.

The Mexican food truck scene is booming in Burque all with their own unique foods to offer. I…read morerecently stopped by the Taco Bus which is literally a bus turned into a food truck. Since their business name includes "taco" I had to try them out. I have to say that their tacos are very good with my favorite being the tripitas. I was also curious about their burgers since those seem to be an item that people get. I ordered the monster burger which is a Mexican style burger loaded with all kinds of goodies including winnies and ham. My description of it doesn't do it justice so take a look at my pics. Their tacos are very good but you also need to try one of their burgers, especially if you have a monster appetite.

My husband and I were super excited to try them, this was our first meal out of a bus! The goat birria is to die for! We ordered it in a burrito and next time we will get it in tacos with consume. If the birria is this amazing without consume, I can't imagine with it. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos were also yummy and very fresh. It is just that the birria was so amazing! After you order at the counter (or you can call ahead to order) they give you a buzzer so you know when the food is ready. We came on a weeknight and they were pretty busy.
