I saw a post on TikTok and Instagram mentioning that they offer gluten-free options, so I decided to reach out and ask about their precautions. They responded really quickly and explained that they take precautions in the kitchen and that the chicken and french fries are cooked in dedicated fryers that do not contain gluten. We were really excited to give them a try! We went for dinner tonight, and they were pretty busy. The person taking our order was really nice. I let him know that I have a gluten allergy, and he made sure to mark it on our ticket. I ordered the gluten-free Nashville chicken sandwich with french fries, and my husband got the open-face Nashville with fries. Mine was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the gluten-free bun was actually really good, and the fries were great too. My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. They have a nice little area where you can sit and eat. While we were eating, the owner came out and checked on everyone to see how their food was. He was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed happy that we enjoyed everything. We had such a great experience, this is definitely a place we'll be going back to! read more

No Mames has been appearing in my socials for a while. After being misguided once by maps, we finally found where this food truck is. Don't fret! Even though it is a food truck, it has a good seating space with good shade. The service was good, especially when the cook brought our food, personally. They were even concerned that our food was going to be too spicy . Speaking of the food, I ordered the Korean Chicken Boss and the Hellfire Crunch sandwiches with fries. The Korean was a bit tangy and a bit sweet with a good piece of perfectly breaded chicken. The Hellfire was a bit spicy but not overwhelming. Both were messy but it can be contained if you are skillful. The fries were crispy and quite good Overall, I was glad we finally found No Mames, as they made us feel quite welcomed and their food was quite good. Went on Friday hearing all the hype. Food my buddy ordered the smash burger and the korean chicken sandwich fries and the chicharonne. Burger was a 6.5 out of 10 nothing special just a smash burger. Chicken sandwich 7.0 our of 10 has some crunch and taste. Fries 9.5 out 10 some of the best fried I have had in a while. The couple next to us said the loaded fries are excellent. Lastly the Chiccharone 9.0 out of 10 very good. Also they only gave can coke no bueno. Service I was friendly had to wait extra time for my fries I can see why so good Ambiance it was very windy and hot hot that day and there is only outside seating so be prepared to eat in your car take it home or weather the storm. I saw these guys on instagram and I just had to try it! I love a good smash burger. Me and my dad popped over in the blazing heat just to try it. My dad grabbed the classic smash with a chicharron. My brother went with the 505 green chili burque smash. When I saw the other sandwiches on separate posters by the order window I was torn between the 505 or the Al Gueye Lucy. I asked the cashier which one they thought was better and they suggested the Al Guey Lucy smash. I said orale! Let's do it! We sat at the tables under the tent. It was nice shade for such a hot afternoon. The burgers were out hot n fresh! The Lucy was juicy with just the right amount of spice! It had a zesty kick you just can't forget. I absolutely loved it! My dad and brother enjoyed theirs as well. The fries reminded me of the fries at Bob's Burgers. They were really good! Overall it was a great experience! I'll definitely be returning! No mames! Si! They moved locations and they are still a 10/10! I love the little details they've implemented- branded wrappers, moist towelettes by the main table hosting games, and a tent over the seating. This really is the best burger in Albuquerque. I need to try all of their options but I just can't beat that craving for their classic smash yet. It is truly perfection. UPDATE 2: I went back at the owner's behest and tried a burger again, this time made in a way he thought I would like better. I must say, it was significantly better to my taste The pickles were gone, but there was still this unusual taste that I really couldn't place. It tasted almost like pickles in the background, but I'm not sure what it was. Suffice to say, the burger was very good. Was it the best burger I've ever had? No. Sadly, that honor goes to Pete's Frites, and he hung it up after ruining all of us who got to try his burger masterpieces before disappearing. But I digress. No Mames treated me like I mattered. They took my opinions and wishes seriously. I am very impressed. The owner and his wife genuinely wanted me to enjoy my experience with their food, and I must say I did. Their tireless efforts to make me a happy customer are very rare, and they should be commended. I had fries this time, and they are the thin, more crispy variety, which are my favorite. I also received a Serrano sauce and a flavored oil "sauce," which I was told they serve with their chicharrones, I believe. I kinda liked it with the fries. I'm upping the rating to 5 stars, because for me, the food is a very strong 4 stars, but their customer service and care for their craft makes it an easy 5 stars. We'd been wanting to try No Mamea for a while, and we finally stopped by today. We're glad we did! The menu is nice and simple with three burger options and three chicken sandwiches, so it wasn't hard to decide. One thing to know if you're bringing kids: the kids' menu is only on the Spanish menu, so we almost missed it. The burgers were really good--juicy and full of flavor, which was a pleasant surprise for smash burgers. The house sauce looked like it might be a mayo-and-ketchup blend, but it had a little kick that made it even better. Everyone in our family enjoyed their meal, and the loaded fries were definitely a favorite. If you have kids, they've done a nice job with the seating area. There are a couple of shaded tents, plus coloring sheets and games like giant Jenga and Uno to keep little ones entertained while you're waiting for your food. The only challenge was the heat. They have a large fan and even small fans at the tables, but on a hot summer day it's still tough to eat outside. That's obviously not their fault, and it probably explains why so many people were ordering their food to go. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. I like that they toast their buns. The cheese is extra melty and coats the smashed burger patties so you get the perfect bite. For Californians, this is like the perfect blend of In N Out and The Habit. It is a little pricey at almost $20 for a combo with fries and drink. French Fries: Perfectly crispy, like a McDonald's fry but it doesn't become inedible after it cools down Chicharrón Stick: This was smaller than I expected but well fried. The sauce adds acidity that helps balance the fatty dish. Churros: An order comes with 3 churros and chocolate dipping sauce. Very yummy. Service: 4 The employees (owners?) are super nice, but expect a wait for your food as it is fairly new and popular. We waited 20-30 mins for our food. Ambiance: 3 The food truck is located at the ABQ Food Park. There are benches spread throughout the park but only a few under shade. Be prepared to be attacked by flies. read more

The disappointing part of my visit was that I was one of only a few customers, and it took over 25 minutes to get my food. The Nashville Knockout is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The mixture of the coleslaw with the spiciness of the chicken filet is impeccable. The filet is thick and full of flavor they know what to do with seasonings at this food truck! The loaded fries have a green salsa that I just want to put all over everything. The service is top notch you are always greeted with a smile. Sometimes there is a wait but they are wonderful at letting you know how long to expect.
