We contacted Jane on a Saturday, she was our house on Sunday with an entire book analyzing the value of our house, her stager was at our house Monday, her photographer was at our house Tuesday, and the house was on the market Wednesday. When Jane was over on Sunday, she told us exactly what we could list the house for and what we could get for it if we want it to sell quickly. She was very honest and didn't try to get us to believe we could get more for the house just to get us to sign an exclusive contract with her and once we do ask us to keep lowering the price. A lot of people complained in their reviews that they didn't get enough direct exposure to Jane. Jane has a different expert dedicated to every step of the process and I thought it was better to deal with an entire team than just Jane. For example, Jane has someone stage for her, someone else take pictures for her, someone else responsible for looking for and responding to showing requests and setting up showings, and closing managers dedicated to making sure the closing goes smoothly.
