Unfortunately, they failed to communicate with me, and after nearly two weeks of waiting without updates, I decided to look elsewhere. I went back on Yelp and found Low Cost Auto Glass. Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. I'm only reviewing the automatic drive through touchless car wash as I've not used the vacuums or…read morethe self service car wash (where you still handwash it yourselves with their tools). I will rate this high for the fact it is a touchless car wash, which is pretty hard to find. When you are lazy to clean it yourself but you don't want the car washes with the spinners to damage your car, this is a great option. Now of course, the downside to every touchless is that it isn't going to be perfect at cleaning. Your car has baked in dirt/bird poop on it for who knows how long - is any car wash really going to remove it in 10 minutes or less without significant scrubbing? No - these are honestly best hand washed. If you have trouble removing it yourself, don't expect a drive through car wash to do it for you. Now for expectations met: I drive an SUV and ir does appear that they are able to reach all parts of my car. I don't see any soap residue and the spot free rinse really does help with not having marks everywhere. I also see it take off a decent % of the dirt off of my car and cars in front of me. I once saw a completely dusty brown car turn shiny clean even with only paying for the lowest package. The wax and seal does help a little with protection against getting dirty again and overall look, but not significant enough for most people, in my opinion, to buy the package. I do opt for it because I park under trees a lot, so it makes future car washes easier. Now of course I should mention the cons that could be improved. The dryer is only 1 minute, assuming you are fast about putting your car in drive and driving forward. The slower you are (I.e. not paying attention), the less time you get to use the dryer. I wish they would either give more time or start the timer when you are closer. However, this is somewhat common so it's just what the industry does (just wish they didn't follow suit). Also I wish that the vacuum was at least discounted if you used this wash. If all you used was the vacuum - charge full price. If someone paid for the self-service or this wash, at least discount it a little for having paid for the full package. Otherwise, the cost is not better than quick quack or similar that has a membership and unlimited cleaning.

I was originally going to bring to back to Lexus dealership but their price has jumped up to $475 plus taxes to do a full exterior body work. I was like let me shop around! Then, magically appeared Elias. I wanted to do this because my car is getting old, and it had a-lot of dents and scratches from people trying to fool with my car. My Lexus IS straight from Japan the full body work and I wanted to keep it nice. Hey, girl's like nice cars too not just guys, haha! Anyways, moving forward, Elias touched bases with me and told me to take some pictures of all the places that needed to be done... I told him well it's going to be a hand full for him! People loved messing with my car cause of what kind of car it is. It's a Lexus straight from Japan with a full blown turbo engine inside. Yup. That is exactly what it is. It's made to race! Many people know that as they can tell just by looking at my car. (Lot's of jealous people out there oh we call them haters) Elias pretty much just laughed and told me he will try his best to make it look more new ,and the color to look glossy again. 2 weeks before my appointment Elias texted me to confirm my appointment, and I told him everything is solid! A week before the appointment, I texted him to make sure he was still good, and he was like yup! My appointment was 8am. He arrived promptly. I let him do his job. He took about 4 hours to finish the job. He finished almost noon. My fiancé called me out cause he said it was done. I walked outside, my EIFFING GOD! My car was so much cleaner, glossier and beautiful! Of course, not everything could be sanded out and I already knew that.... BUT HE DID AN IMPECCABLE JOB! My car looks immaculate comparing to where it was before! The pictures don't do it justice, but I feel like my car is brand spanking new almost!!!! Elias, thank you again for answering all my questions, taking such efffing amazing, awesome job of my car. I will definitely be calling you back to clean my interior. You made this Birthday girl super happy! I can't ask for a better Birthday present to myself. It was worth every Benjamin Franklin! Woohoo!!!!!
