I joined Team Ganas because I noticed my mom looked snatched a few weeks after joining. I was hesitant because I had hurt my hip, knee and shoulder during home workouts, but they take it all into consideration when building your workout plan. There's also an InBody scan machine at the gym that you can use to track changes to your muscle/fat/weight. Coach Jay, Michelle & Josie are really the best coaches ever not just because of their genuine personalities but they really know what they're doing. 25lbs down and 10% body fat lost in 6 months! Never did I think I could do this by strength training at the gym. I'm a nurse and trying to figure out what exercises to do after working or on my days off was a challenge for me. After working long shifts, I was too tired to figure out what to do and how to do the exercises. In the past, I would seldomly go to the gym, go on the treadmill, and my diet was inconsistent/unhealthy. Coach Jay has made staying consistent with my nutrition and the gym easier. When I first came to Jay I was about 110 lbs, I am a petite 44 year old woman who just turned into a grandma!
