My arms are toned and a lot stronger even after three classes (I go once a week). This is definitely a very empowering work out, I like going to these classes. My son tried out the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class also, he's only four so I think he will need at least another year before he will be able to follow along with the other kids. Their class is geared more towards the older kids, so the young'ens don't get the attention that is needed for a beginner. The good thing is that the kids can try out the first class for free, so it's not like we lost out on any money.

Their junior instructors also do a marvelous job teaching the younger kids how to properly to the techniques. If you are in the area and are wanting to put your child or yourself to attend an academy with great instructors willing and able to teach the beautiful art of karate, I definitely recommend this place.
