One of two employees said "Aisle 1, freezer." I looked for 3 minutes. Didn't find it. Walked out of store, right by the guy still standing there, doing nothing. Drove over to Total Wine and was immediately helped. Returned home and told my wife why it took so long. Relayed my experience. She said, " Oh, I don't go there any more. Nobody is friendly"! One time I shook a pair in frustration so hard my watch's fall detector went off! Meanwhile, these young males stand idle, arms-crossed, glaring at customers checking out. I NEVER see them separating the hand baskets. When there are women assistants there, they help with carts and baskets, have pleasant expressions on their face.
