Today I went to check on it and it was "ready". I stopped down the street to fuel it up and it wouldn't start so they came down and jump started it. The prices are very reasonable (better than other dealerships that charge 5 times for a logo on clothing). They have a big selection of half helmets, and decent selection of 3/4 and full face/modular helmets. They often have great specials and deals going too. Anyway they had i a while (no fault of their own) but Triumph is the one calling the shots and sending parts, so the time it took was clearly on Triumph. Dalton kept me updated the best he could and as soon as parts hit the door they were on it. Now i did not buy the bike from them. So i believe the service i received from them was first class. They have a very nice new shop to work in that was first rate in my opinion. The bike runs super great. No problems at all. The service manager himself worked on my scooter. Then to top it off we had a small issue with my home button, Rene himself came all the way across town to get my bike then brought it back to me! Treat these guys nice people. Before I got there, I decided to call and confirm the out-the-door price after seeing some reviews about hidden fees. Good thing I did. They told me the out-the-door price was $2,200, which is honestly ridiculous. I've bought ATVs and power sports vehicles before, so I fully understand freight, assembly, and taxes--but there's no justification for more than doubling the advertised price. That kind of pricing feels very misleading. Advertising a $999 price just to tack on over $1,000 in extra fees is bad business and a waste of customers' time--especially for those driving long distances. I ended up not going through with the purchase. Definitely recommend calling ahead and getting a full breakdown before making the trip.
