Not trust worthy sell jeeps with issues and lie to customers. These guys sell Jeeps with "Branded" titles on vehicles and do not let customers know. This means the title is not clean and will affect your insurance and if you want to get a warranty no company will approve you. Do not believe the phony and fake smiles these are con artists not business men and will take advantage of you in the end. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place to conduct your business. Do not make the same mistake I did and trust them "Buyer Beware". Also the Jeep had major issues including engine (they repaired it just enough so I wouldn't find out till later). Spent over $12K to get the needed repairs done some of them were the customization they did which took over 3 months just for radio, alarm, and a few other items also they charged me for a kill switch and alarm but never installed the kill switch they said it was part of the alarm but charged me separately and never refunded my money. I normally do not post reviews like this but this has been the worst experience of my life do yourself a favor and just go to Total Off Road & More. I want to share my experience with this shop's quality of work and customer service. I brought my vehicle into their shop to have a hard top installed. When I arrived home I noticed that there was damage done to the PPF on the roll bar. I then removed the hard top to discover that as they removed the soft top they severely gouged the paint down to bare metal. I contacted the company to notify them of the damage and they refused to take any responsibility and take action to address the damage. If anyone decides to use this shop beware of the risks involved if they damage your vehicle, because they will not take responsibility for any damage. read more

STOP & READ PRIOR TO DOING ANY BUSINESS with AMERICAN CUSTOM JEEP: I purchased a custom-brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with all new custom parts. What I received was: 1) My Jeep months later than promised, Title severely delayed. 2) Had serious damages, what appeared to be old parts simply painted to look new. My 'brand new' leather seats arrived torn and scratched. Scratches on the hood vents, steering wheel and body of Jeep. I paid for the expensive Kevlar paint, but there were discolorations on parts of the Jeep. There was over-spray all-over my front and side windows. 3) Consistently misled by Navaid then the supposed owner Sahid. If they deliver your vehicle, expect the cheapest form of delivery available to them. They use uncovered trucks from shipping companies that just dump off your Jeep, in fact, my back tire was gauged when the Jeep was dropped onto a curb. Prior to your purchase they are very attentive, multiple people presenting themselves as the owner (hinting you are getting a great deal). Once issues arise, you will not find anyone taking responsibility. In fact, the sales guy Navaid referred me to the supposed owner 'Sahid', once approached, Sahid said he was not the owner and the BEST PART, neither Navaid nor Sahid now know who the owner is. (to avoid litigation and responsibility) Now I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix the condition of the BRAND NEW Jeep as well as paying legal fees to my attorney to file a lawsuit in Houston and Los Angeles against American Custom Jeep, Navaid and Sahid. **To show you the level of shady business practice, on their website AmericanCustomJeep.com, they list an A rating by the Better Business Bureau, if you simply click on their 'Profile' link, it leads to a dead-page. I bought a jeep from them in september 2017 wired them the full. Amount 75,000. And was told the title would be mailed to me within the month. When i received it the mileage was lower than then the milage listed in rhe add on ebay, it also had scrached rims, seats , the front tires scraped the fenders whenever you made a tight turn and to many other problems to list. I sent e-mails called and was told they would fix everything. Then they claimed hurricane Harvey and a mistake on the vin number would delay me getting my title. They sent me a temporary dealer plate so i could use the jeep till they got me the title. This went on for over a year i would request the tirle they said it was on its way and would email me another dealer plate. Then they stopped answering my calls and emails. I got my title this September , they didnt pay the loan off till july 2019 almost 2 yeats after i paid the thing in full. Today the said they are sick of me callling that. Save yourself the trouble, and listen to me and the other posted negative reviews whenever you google search American Custom Jeep (ACJ). Avoid at all costs! My experience mirrors so many others, and it's not worth the hassle and trouble of having to deal with this company. I purchased my 2018 custom Jeep from ACJ on eBay. Vehicle was sold as having a clean title, and after numerous questions and negotiations between us, we made a deal. ACJ set a "Buy it Now" price on eBay and I purchased the Jeep for $80k. The person I dealt with was Navid, and during the purchasing and acquisition process, he was extremely attentive and helpful. The deal was made on June 13, 2019. I wired them the payment in full the next day, and vehicle was delivered in late June, using the cheapest form of transport possible, not fitting for an $80k custom Jeep IMO. Once I received the Jeep, I was unhappy with the quality of the custom upgrades. Numerous issues were apparent, from paint overspray, cheap painting techniques, misaligned hood, trims, and hardtop. Jeep kit was missing. Wheel lock key was missing (which became an issue after a bolt went through one of my tires, and I had to have the tire replaced with the spare. I ended up having to take it to a mechanic shop to have the bolts cut off, due to the missing wheel lock key). One of the custom "demon" headlight seals was broken, and the headlight was half-filled with water. The backup camera was horribly misaligned. The RGB LED Rock lights will not work with the app and are useless. These are just a few of the issues I noted, and sent pictures back to Navid. They handled a handful of these issues by having me taking it to 4 Wheel Parts, and paying for the repairs, but they're still several issues that were not addressed, and they wouldn't fix. Mainly dealing with the paint, misaligned hood, and other custom pieces, Rock lights, and backup camera. This, in and of itself would have caused me to post a negative review, as one shouldn't have to deal with shoddy craftsmanship when buying a "new and custom" vehicle. HOWEVER, this is the least of all the concerns, because after a year of "owning" this vehicle, and having purchased it outright, I still don't have my title for it, and am still unable to register it in my state. I've been getting the run-around, and have heard every excuse as to why I don't have it yet. From August 2019, Navid turned my concerns over to Saied, and I have been dealing with him ever since. Whenever I'd contact them, I was told that I'd have it in a few weeks, and he would ask if I needed a new temporary tag due to the fact my previous tag was expired. I've received 5 "temporary tags" (unsure of the legality of this business practice on their part) since acquiring this vehicle. For over a month now, I've applied regular pressure trying to resolve this issue. I've contacted an attorney who's ready to file suit the moment I give the go ahead. I've reported them to the BBB. I'm filing a complaint with eBay. I'm going to post this review on as many review websites as I can. Finally I'm reporting them to the Texas AG and the FTC for fraudulent business practices. After expressing all of these intentions to Saied, and giving them a chance to make things right and send me my title; Saied still won't answer my calls, and every time (once, up to twice a day) I send a text requesting "Update?," it's ignored. So again, if you're considering purchasing or having work done by ACJ, in my experience, which is not standalone or unique, don't do it, and run from them as far and as fast as you can. read more

This company is absolutely rotten, never had to deal with a salesman as dirty and greedy as the man who runs the company. I came in to check an E92 335i of his he was selling. I drove in all the way from Austin, with the owner telling me the car was in "excellent condition" multiple times, we agreed on the price of $6300 before I even left my house via Facebook Marketplace. I arrive at the scene and the car was in a small building with around 3 other cars. We start the car and the exhaust valve makes the absolute nastiest squeal ever, keep in mind I'm coming in for an "excellent condition" car. Next, I go to test drive it and the car is lacking absolutely absolute all power, we come back and open the hood to check again, because there is something obviously wrong here. Take a peek at the charge pipe, it's completely broken, the car isn't making any boost whatsoever, so his "excellent" car is starting to look like a really beat up piece of junk all of a sudden, there is chips at the paint, but the absolute worse part of this whole thing is I basically run him a pre-purchase inspection and the agreed price of $6300 for his "excellent car" goes out of the window and now he asks for $6700, because he is replacing the charge pipe on the car, I don't understand why I have to be the one essentially paying for it like I was the one that broke it, he was the one to buy the car in that condition, deceiving me the car was in a perfect condition, and I end up having to get up charged to get his car fixed. I didn't purchase the car for obvious reasons, and I wanted to provide y'all with some information about the seller. Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller at absolutely all costs! read more
