These guys are always accommodating and helpful. They do all the tire work on my BMW and Mercedes, and do it well.

Not only did they not fix the one, I was told there were batteries low in two others so let them go ahead and replace those as well and now I have 3 tire pressure sensors that aren't reading anything. Over $200 and I left with more problems than I started with. Would highly recommend avoiding the Express location.

Picked it up later that evening and was told I needed a new tube because the old tube was bad. Paid for the tube and service. Got home and left it in the truck over night. 8/15 I tried to mount the wheel but the tire was flat again so I tried to fill the tire with air with no luck. I found air leaking through the valve stem again so I took it back in to the shop. Granted the shop was closing in 10 mins they told me I brought them the wrong sized tube. I said I bought the tube from them and the service writer proceeded to tell me he could get me a new tube in the morning or put in a valve stem and just fill it without the tube. I opted to have them replace the valve stem and remove the tube and give me a refund for the wrong tube I didn't need. No refund and still tried to convince me to bring it back for a new tube. Said he couldn't authorize a refund of $19. 8/16. I called and spoke to a manager about the ordeal And asked for a refund for the tube. I was given a refund for the tube and service. Appreciated, but a little late.

Today I brought my parents car in for tire rotation, wiper blade changes and oil change. The last time (not Schierl) someone put the blades on wrong, and the one would only go halfway on the windshield. My parents can no longer drive, so the few miles they put on is minimal to doctor appts from time to time. It showed they needed an oil change, more because the time, not mileage. Of course, I called Schierl and made a "I'll wait appt." Because the blade was such a nuisance, prior to me bringing in the keys, I wanted to check. Now the driver's side does not work, there was no mention when I paid the bill. Loud knocking sound is now happening. I went back in and they said it was on the work order that it was not working, I was not called to advise, or I would have immediately said, it should be. I cannot say if they did or did not switch out the arm or not, I do not want to accuse as I didnt see what thety did. I can honestly say I do not recall seeing the bright pink numbers on the arm prior, but as I said it isn't my car, but I have taken it in for service and have never paid for an arm replacement. All repair work was done at the Ford dealer. Regardless of what happened...I was saying "it worked before it went in the shop. I even checked when I stopped to show where the blade was stopping." I would have said " I guess it now needs to be fixed." Instead, the mechanic rudely said, "I feel you are trying to pull the wool over our eye's" Maybe that would be something he would do, but we would NEVER do such a thing. My advice, DO NOT just assume they will do the job right, show them the issue and that it is working. All I had was the pollen that was on the windshield to show where the old wiper stopped. I will going forward be taking our business elsewhere and so will the rest of our family.
