After attending 10-15 open houses previously, we were kind of numb to the typical spiels of the agents, but with Zan, we made an immediate connection. We were impressed that he sat and talked with us for over an hour about what we were looking for, the areas we were looking in, and a ton of other things, despite the fact that we were not interested in the actual house he was listing at that time. A week later, we met with him again at his office, for over two hours, where we went further in depth into exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process, Zan was knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and was available on phone/text/email pretty much whenever we needed him. He also had a lot of great contacts (contractors, painters etc) that we ended up working with once we actually purchased our new home. All in all, I can't recommend Zan enough.
