Stop by a few days later to test drive, was told it was in for service. I just told them I'd be back on the weekend to test drive. I came back on Sat. to test drive, Loved it, put money down. Stop by a few days later to purchase it. When I got it home I notice the tires were low, the next day I stopped by LPM to ask if it was serviced. I was told it was. So I decided to change the air filter just to see if they did. I found a family of mice were living in the air box. Next day I stop by LPM to show them the pics of the mouse house and to ask if they were sure the bike was serviced, and I was told it was. Sounds like they'll tell you what ever you want to hear to make a buck, they'll never see my bike again.

Dropped my '82 Kawasaki off here since nobody else works on bikes that old. About 3 weeks passed after I initially dropped it off and he told me that he doesn't want to start working on it because the bike is so old and he doesn't know if he was going to be able to get parts. I told him that I would try to pick it up that week, but was very busy and was going out of state the next week. He called me a week later and I was on a plane with my phone off, so I did not receive a call or voicemail notification. 4 days later instead of a call from him, I received a call from the police saying that my motorcycle was abandoned on the side of the road. The police are now involved and I am on vacation dealing with his BS. What kind of a person does this to another? So Incredibly unprofessional that it leaves me speechless. Shoutout to the Rock Co. Sheriff's dept. for being so understanding about this crime.

If I was told in advance it was going to be this much, I would have left. There is still corrosion on the terminals, see photo. My air filter was clean. I was advised I needed an oil change, which I approved, but was not informed it included a tire rotation. I did NOT need this done. ( nothing is free) This was my first experience with this shop and was hoping I found a place for future services. Definitely not. I asked for an adjustment on the battery check and terminal cleaning of $138.97, but received no reply. ( I did send them a photo) My advice: Make sure you get pricing in advance!

I would suggest calling and checking before you drive out, or if you just wanna shop and kill time they have plenty to look at and ponder, even cool vintage, classic stuff. This place has so so so much to offer, but you have to know your parts or what will work for you because it can seem very over whelming with all the products and sizes and how to put them on your bike etc. I would suggest bringing someone who knows so you don't feel like I did or do your homework and know exactly what you need or can use. After talking with a couple of other customers in the store they both told me the prices here have gone up too much. It was my first time here so I had no past experiences here to compare. If you buy the wrong thing and want to bring it back the lady at check out said you can get store credit but clarify every thing for yourself. Some of the products they carry compared to the internet can be lower priced and some not so much.

A young man named " Ernie " offered to help us, as the car was about a mile away, and we didn't have roadside service . So he followed us to our car, used his phneomatic tool to remove the lugs, took off the flat, and put on the spare. We then followed him back to the shop where we bought (4) used tires because none of the tires were good on our car. Ernie never complained ( it was quite cold outside ), he gave us such a great price and took care of this problem completely ! Please stop here if you need a used tire or (4) like we did... Had my car in and out with a freshly patched tire in roughly 20 minutes, even after waiting. These guys are efficient, good at their jobs, and eager to fix your issue.
