I didn't it advertise on Nino Properties. I made sure everything was in order before I left my home since I didn't get from church until 1:15 . While coming from church I didn't see any advertising for my open house. When I pull in my drive way , came in and waited until 2:00 , I text Darrell and found out that he had cancel the open house without letting me know or better yet making an revision of the cancellation on the media web sites. A few minutes after the open house was schedule some peoples came to see the house from the ad on Har.com, Since I was home they ask if they could see my home. It was embarrass that Darrell Anderson was so unprofessional . The potentials buyers frown at Nino Properties behavior. One of the families whom came out had left message for Darrell Anderson, and Darrell Anderson return their call while they were in my home, and they informed him that I the home owner will give them a tour. They could tell why I was upset and embarrass by Darrell Anderson. I inform the potentials buyers that Nino Properties doesn't do open houses well, it is clearly this was the case since Darrell Anderson didn't think of no one but himself, spending Sunday afternoon with his family and left me to do my own open house. These peoples are lazy they don't put in the preparation, or time in selling a home in this competitive market. I wouldn't never recommend them to anyone. The owner didn't turn in my resume to THE CEO OF Motiva, as this is one of the reason why I sign with her. Gloria Nino exact words it's not what you know it's who you know. She got attitude with me because she first assigned Monica Singular on my contract whom had just got certified in December. She couldn't even fill out the contract, Gloria assisted her to do that, so she could get paid, when inexperience issues starting showing up in Monica skills sets, Gloria thought I was suppose to tolerate her inexperience . Gloria sent me a text to informed me she was adding Darrell Anderson name on my yard sign, however the original contract has Monica Singular on it, which looks like something not right. I contacted the Texas Real Estate Commission and found out the broker for Nino Properties is Frank Monacelli whom is Gloria husband. He's the broker, but she sign the contract, her name is not listed with the Texas Real Estate Commission as the broker. I have not heard not one word from Gloria, she's just trying to ride the contract out and hope someone else do some real work. This has been an bad experience for me, and I wouldn't never recommend them, she will fool you. She never did provide me with her report reference the homes she sold last year, she had Monica Singular to tell the Marketing team is working on it.

First, our HOA yearly dues went up drastically. When we asked for explanations, they just gave us excuses, like saying that fixing a minor gate repair cost thousands of dollars. The CEO, Sonya, doesn't help and only makes the problems worse. You ask her to call back, and she never does. You send a simple email with questions, and they never respond. Why run a business if they don't even know how to run one? Don't get me started with her employee Emma Deatherage! If you speak with her on the phone, she sounds like you are bothering her or that she hates her job. I got my car towed by them inside a gated community. When I spoke to the towing company, they told me the car was called in because it was abandoned. I spoke to Emma, and she told me that the car was parked in guest parking for more than seven days. That was a complete lie; my car was parked there for less than five days. Then she kept on talking about the bylaws and was firm that my car was there for more than seven days to save herself. She also lied that she called the towing company to pick it up because she assumed it was abandoned. I requested evidence that they contacted the community to see if the car belong to anyone, and she could not produce it. The car is registered in my name, as is the car insurance. They failed to notify me or send a notice to the community. They have no accountability or any regard for anyone besides themselves. I had to pay a fee for my vehicle that they said was "abandoned." They never reached out and just left it like that. Please do your research. Please read the reviews. I just recommend that if they try to give you their fake sales pitch, run! Don't hire them. There are better and more honest companies out there.

She then told me not to take the offer she could get much bigger offer. A week later I got that offer. I was very grateful to walked away with anything but i walked away very happy at closing.
