Things as simple as a call or email to provide an update on progress. I called several times and left messages with the front office staff and on answering machines. I even went up to their office once because no one was returning my calls. Even then the person assigned to my file was not available to see me nor did she return my calls. When I called and asked to speak with the person in charge I was told it was the person assigned to my file. Stay away, far away.

I would've never put in an offer how did they filled it out to the best of their knowledge.The realtor and her client cost me $750 because they were both not forthcoming. This is a disgrace to the industry and procession. Individuals wonder why they dislike dealing with realtors and I love mine but I understand why after this experience. I did have one of the best inspection companies, who did a phenomenal job at finding these impurities that they deliberately try to hide.
