The convenience of being able to…read moreuse your wrist bands to charge everything to your room, so we could roam around and play at our hearts content was so awesome! We enjoyed the Spa, arcade, escape room, laser tag, indoor water park, valet parking, restaurants & outside pool and zip line too! I will say, be prepared for stairs and lots of walking if you do venture out to Okana! The indoor Waterpark does run out of towels if they're busy so be sure to get one when you enter. It can be tough to find a table/chair to sit on too. There really didn't seem to be any perks to being a resort stayer versus the day pass folks which was a let down, especially when it's so crowded. It would've been nice to see some kind of priority given to those of us who were staying on property. The things that we were a bit disappointed in is the attention to detail in the room. The view of the outdoor Waterpark was great but our curtain wouldn't open all the way which was kind of annoying. Our room phone was also non functional which was really irritating as well when housekeeping failed to bring us replacement towels for our room. Also, there was missing grout in the bathtub, loose faucet & the floor tile grout looked really grimy. Also the wall light fixture between our two beds was loose and would free swing when the on button was pushed. At the rate of the room, I did expect more attention to detail of the small things. Another huge annoyance was the elevators! Battling with the day passers and resort stayers between the 3 elevators on each side of the resort was frustrating. The computerized elevator would assign 5+ families in a row one elevator that's "going up" when realistically we couldn't all fit to go up. Half the time, we would take the stairs just to keep it moving. Again, be prepared for lots of walking and stairs just due to the smart elevator not being too intelligent in addition to not enough of them based on the amount of people using them. Overall, we had a nice trip. Definitely some things Okana got right while others that can be improved upon.

The garage parking is $25 and if you leave and come back it's $25 each time and you have to pay another $25 after 24 hours. If you lose your wristband it's $75. Aside from that we were ready for fun. We got in the second elevator and it lurched and stopped. It finally opened on a different floor than ours so we decided to walk. When we got to the room the room safe didn't work so maintenance had to be called to fix it. We found the smokehouse to be pretty good. The nachos were great but the three meat platter wasn't the best. We went to Curveballs and the wait was crazy so the bartender who was fabulous felt sorry for us and got us a table. The food took a really long time and wasn't very good but the sweet bartender comped our food. The second night the fire alarm went off which isn't the hotels fault but the next morning at nine another alarm went off for no apparent reason. I think where Okana shines is the very fun waterpark, arcade, and cute shops. We loved the slides and the wait wasn't long and loved the Enchanted River. We also really enjoyed the outdoor beach. We would never stay at Okana again because our rooms were like $800 a night. In the future we may get a day pass for the waterpark but we just felt like the hotel was mismanaged and way overpriced!

We thought we would get a pizza to go back to the room but it was all closed by 8pm. Located upper level indoor park.

I was really looking forward to spending all day here but after one round on the obstacle courses I was unimpressed! The trampoline portions are all ripped, the inflatables are all losing air after only a short while not to be refilled. Alge filled inflatables, and be careful coming up the metal ladder which has a layer of alge, making it very slippery. Kinda bummed- it has potential but it needs a major re-vamp! We we're thinking about trying the cable boarding with training but after seeing the lack of maintenance it didn't seem like the safest idea!

The kids camp programs are amazing and it really feels like privet lessons from people who know what they are doing. You will get frustrated at the start and if you have never ridden any type of bored I would be careful. The only way you get going in a place like this is having an ok balance and you know how to listen. I praise the operators because they are fun and laid back but know how to teach and do their job. Coal is one of my favorite and he has taught kids that I didn't think had a chance getting around the cable. They are such good people and even though I only see them one week out of the year, they still make the effort to remember me and continue to teach me new things. Kids camp is amazing and it's where I learned everything. It's where you should learn to start because they have the cable slowed down and they make it fee more like a one on one session with each kid there. This place will put strain on your body and will make you feel sore every where. If you have never ridden cable get ready for a full body work out. It is the best way to push your body and the more you do it the stronger you feel. This entire facility is family owned and they make you feel like family. Wether you have a rockstar crazy attitude or a laid back chill one, there is most likely an operator there who you can connect with. The reason I give this place a 4 star is for 2 reasons. The first is the features. There used to be more but over time they were left to rot off to the side where no one can hit them. There is a large group of regulars that would love to see more but it just hasn't happened. Reason 2 is the lack of bordes. The rentals are good but they are old and could use a little bit of work. There are no bordes for sale here witch is weird because no other store in the state sells cable bordes or bindings. These negatives don't take away from a new riders experience though. It's only the experienced riders who are used to mega ramps are 20ft rails who will notice.

I am so glad they are close to my house. The down side is they close too early in August. Please start hiring college life guards that would be more than willing to see the pool stay open till the end of September or first of October. Why doesn't someone go to all the Tulsa Community College Campuses and Tulsa Vo techs and you will find students that will jump at the chance to do this type of job as they go to school at night many of them. Seniors in this town need a warm place to swim and it is 90 degrees here in Oklahoma all the way through the middle of October. I am not writing anything in mean spirits. If you want us to spend our money locally do something about it. I want the pool to stay open later in the year. Please seriously consider this request. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR ENERGY AND EFFORTS.

Normals items for example Soda, candy, hotdogs, pizza, snow-cones, etc. This is perfect for parents with children! They have a zero entry pool are for the smaller children, with sprinklers, dumping buckets. It's just like a small splash pad with a pool. They have plenty of chairs for laying out all around the pool. Plus shaded areas also & a picnic table. They have a yellow slide that the smaller children can use, and the parent can be in the water to catch them. They have two large water slides red & blue for children over 48 & adults to use. No tubes required. The restrooms were clean. This location has a family bathroom, which is nice with families with children. It has a shower, toilet, bench which is great for nursing moms and a changing table with a sink in the room. It's wonderful for mom taking the kids to the pool alone. It's really a great place for families that can't afford to go to a larger water park or that are wanting to go to a small water park with the family.
