Hit a really bad pothole and it destroyed a tire and I gave them a call and was greeted with a professional and courteous response. I was in a real jam and never used Art before. Art told me they'd be there in 15 minutes and they were exactly on time. They are real honest and fair with their price on the tow and I really can't say enough good things about Art. What he says is what he delivers. I am also very particular with my car not waiting to scratch up my wheels or damage the body with tow cables and hooks. Art was incredibly attentive to the details. He even clipped the extra section of the straps so they wouldn't fly around and hit the fender and made sure the metal sections weren't anywhere near my wheels only on the tire. Not a single scratch or scrape going up the tow truck! Normally other companies I've used, they strap it fast and drag it which makes me flinch every time, but not Art he took his time and did it right.
