No definitely not Mr. Chris and Fabian Hurasha / Two Guys RV (909) 991-0780 and Farias Towing / Chinos Towing 951-452-1849 partnership in the sales of buying and selling RV units. I found a motorhome Georgetown Ferri year 2010 and contacted Fabian Hurasha by phone making an appt to come and take a look at it I was directed to Chinos Towing where the unit was parked I was taken for a ride and the information given to me was all good things according to Fabian and his dad Chris according to them the RV was in perfect conditions all good and running (brake lights, signals, side cameras awnings and slides along with entrance door steps which was all lies) we continue with the deal after the test drive and because all was done through appts I never noticed anything wrong until I paid it in full and drove it home. It was til then that a long list of not working issues came out as I started to check everything myself 1-generator 2-door steps 3-engine battery dies within 24 hrs 4-house batteries completely death 5-microwave closing door detached 6-mayority of the inside home wires are torn and connected to nothing. I have requested Chino and Chris to come up with some kind of agreement to fix things and make the RV liable and to put it back on the road and have it register since I never got a title from them and never told that the motorhome was "SALVAGE" time has gone by and not even comply with the house batteries nor the generator.......... read more

A concerned citizen. Today around d 1pm, I was getting on the 210 freeway from H st going towards Highland. A Chinos tow truck goi g around 75 to 80 miles an house would not let me merge onto the freeway. The driver had plenty of time to brake or get over into the next lane. Instead cut me off, almost ran me off the road and after I caught up to him, did he/she decide to slow down. Not sure how you train your drivers, but whoever this driver is, is dangerous and he is going to hurt someone. I will not use your towing company that allows their drivers to run rampant. read more

This company drivers will damage your car and say they didn't do it I don't recommend this company at all they damaged my car rim and the driver won't admit he did it I have pictures and a video of the driver saying he's gonna do a report with his dispatcher but he did the opposite and said he didn't do it so I'll let the insurance deal with it read more

After waiting for over two and a half hours for a tow company to be dispatched out by AAA then to call back and was told that dispatch will call me in 10 minutes and after 45 minutes and still no call back I called AAA back to find out that my need for a tow truck was never dispatched out to a company so dean with AAA called Chino's towing and they called me and had a truck out to me within 30 minutes . I can not say how much stress was taken off me at this point it was 45 degrees out side and the driver had the heat on in the truck and safety got us home. The worst towing experience ever. I called in the morning to ask if they can do a tow for me from place to place and they said so I scheduled and agreed to their price. I was then told to message my address for pick up as I did. After literally waiting well over 4 hours for them to arrive (same city they tow in) I them messaged them and asked how much longer without a response in over an hour which by that time I had just called another tow company and had it picked up and moved within the hour. This place is not worth your time, money, or tow. At least be courteous and say how long it will actually take or even as much as any response would be nice. These people are flakes and a waste of time. I will never refer anyone to them which is a lot because I work on cars on a daily basis. read more

In a very stressful situation he was patient with me as I was trying to sort out my other arrangements as I was alone and three hours away from my final destination in a 5 hour road trip in an area I knew nothing about.
