Monday evening around 7:30 PM, we visited this location and received an incorrect order. When we calmly explained that the items were not what we ordered, the employee looked directly at my 15‑year‑old and said, "Are you f**** kidding me." This was shocking and completely unacceptable. We spent a good amount of money here, and despite past mistakes with our orders, we have never complained. But using profanity toward a minor crosses a line that no business should tolerate. We've always tried to support this place, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this behavior immediately so no other family has to deal with something like this. read more

Y'ALL. Do NOT skip out on this place. It is as good as my fav boba place 1000 miles away. AND they have strawberry blasters AKA strawberry popping boba?? Take my money!! This is a 2 hour drive from my house and I will absolutely be back again. First of all, the inside of this place is so cute with lots of seating (couches, tables, benches). They have a clear wall in front of their toppings bar so you can take a look at all the boba, jellies, etc. that they offer. The menu is HUGE. The staff were all super nice and they did have a sign to be patient because they were understaffed, but we didn't wait long at all to order or for our drinks. We hope no one was being rude to these sweet, sweet angels that work here because they were so dang nice! The cashier recommended a few things to us, but we played it safe and went with a banana smoothie and strawberry smoothie, both with added strawberry blasters. I wish I would've added lychee blasters as well, that combo is bomb. Overall, definitely a 10/10 and the prices weren't bad either. They have plastic boba straws, which rocked. Terrible service! This is not my usual to go place for bubble tea but tonight has confirmed that I will never come back. Tonight's customer service was just awful. The cashier and staff overall were so rude and standoffish. And there was just no reason for that because all I did was simply order some drinks. Then the female cashier asked us why we were still at the shop, asking if we were waiting for a ride. We were confused as to why she asking us that and then with her continual rude attitude said that they were closed. Not sure why she asked if we were asking for a ride. She could have just said they were closed and asked us kindly to wrap up. Anyway ... I'm not ok with businesses treating customers with disrespect when we are just there to support your business. I understand people have their bad days but personally I'm going through a tough time myself but doesn't justify my behavior to treat people with disrespect when unwarranted. I don't support businesses that don't care for customer service and don't get me wrong, customers are not always right but all I did was order some drinks. How is that offensive for a bubble tea spot? Anyway, people who work for you represent your business. If they don't care about your customers then they don't care about your business. And that's fine with me if that's how you run your business but it's also not because I just wasted my money and my time on such a terrible experience and it's sad because I can never get both of those back. So, if anything, learn from my personal experience. Unless they hire people who appreciate their job and enjoy what they do, don't waste your time or money because luckily there are plenty of places for some yummy bubble tea nearby that don't treat their customers like crap for no reason. This place is so much fun! Hipster ambience with bumping music and high energy. Great hangout spot! There are SO many different types of drinks and flavor combinations -- definitely something for everyone! The menu was overwhelming at first, but the gentleman taking our order was super cool, patient, and helpful. He asked us some questions and then made some recommendations based on our preferences. I ended up with the Taro Coconut Cream with boba. It was so creamy and bursting with flavor! My friend loved her Honeydew bubble tea. I've been going to Teapioca for many years on a very regular basis, at least weekly. I'm not sure if there are staffing issues or training issues but I consistently have to wait a long time for my mobile order. I see people come in after me and leave before me and the wait has gotten longer and longer. Tonight I waited for 40 minutes for three drinks which is completely unacceptable. Staff told me at 10 minute intervals that my order was next but it never seemed to happen. When I did get my order, two of the three ice based drinks were melted. I've given Teapioca lots of chances because I do enjoy their drinks but with Tsaocaa and Gong Cha close by I'll be going there instead. read more

While we had gone in a handful of times pre-pandemic, we've ordered tea to go from here many times since the pandemic started. They've always been great about taking orders over the phone, and they complete the orders pretty quickly. One thing that's changed significantly is the sizes - seems they got rid of the small size, turned what was large into regular, and added a huge one. We made that mistake once and were surprised at how big they were! Be warned - the large drink probably won't fit in your car's cupholder, so you may need someone to hold it! read more

My sister was visiting me and found this place, bless her! Now this is my favorite boba place outside of philly. I can't believe it took me four months living here to find this place. I miss authentic boba and hate that I have to drive to the city to get some. Now I don't have to! My favorite thing about this place is they offer a variety of toppings, and they're all on display in a small jar. I have never seen a boba place do this before, I love it. They even have baby tapioca. Another one of my favorite things here is the customer service, some boba places won't let you design a drink, but teapioca will. Me and my sister don't like creamer so the staff there make us boba with milk. We really appreciate it. Last but not least, unlike many tea shops, the ambiance here is really cute, chill, and offer many seatings. I highly recommended this place, and will definitely come back again. read more

I want to try all the flavors but the flavors ive tried are: Strawberry banana-must try Taro-always good Mango-so tasty I order these smoothies with tapioca and lychee gel- Everytime I sip this drink I always get a lot of tapioca and gel lychee. The seating areas are also really nice and comfy. They also have a touch screen table where you can color and play games with friends. They have free Wifi and a cool kiosk where you can check in and receive discounts on future orders. I am here at least once a week and my goal is to try all the flavors and types of drinks they have. The bathroom and decor of this place is very clean and all the employees are always helpful and make great recommendations of the drinks. Cant wait to go back this weekend. read more

A good spot for bubble tea if you are out in the suburbs. The price to drink ratio is a bit higher than what you would pay in the city, but since there aren't as many bubble tea shops in the area that's expected. The flavors offered are fairly standard (thai, taro, melon etc) and taste fine to good, depending on the flavor. Be sure to specify the sweetness level to a lower amount like 25% or 50% if you don't want something super sweet. Unfortunately, there isn't much flexibility with a creating your own flavor such as mix of two teas, which is something I really appreciate from other bubble tea shops. Also, I was disappointed to find out that they do not offer boba in their hot teas (a hot taro bubble tea is one of my favorite things on a cold winter day) - so this place will most likely be limited to the warmer months for me. Pre-pandemic this was a great place to grab a fun drink with friends, hangout, and play card games such as UNO. read more

We enjoy coming to this upbeat lounge. The staff is very friendly. When entering the vibe is modern and bright. They have tables and center sofa area, along with Wooden bench to wait for your drinks. They also have a digital game - the table involves you picking different screens. Upon entering you see on the left side of the wall a digital screen that moves screen to screen. it shows a visual of different kind of drinks. I order the same smoothie all the time - Taro smoothie with bubble tapioca. The size of the drinks are a good size. If I am not mistaken- I believe we have visited teapioca every week. My other daughter and her boyfriend have made a pack to try a different smoothie/drink every time they visit. It used to be my go to place when i visit my brother in Philly. But a couple experiences has made me lower my stars. 1. No high chair or baby changing in bathroom 2. Order durian smoothie and avocado durian smoothie only to be told after I paid they ran out. 3. When I put in my replace drink, they didn't give me my refund cause what I order was cheaper that the original order. I had to ask about the refund and void my order and charge my card again. This place is bomb. I always had to travel to the city to get a decent bubble tea but trapioca moving into the burbs is a game changer. They have an many on the menu that you will never get bored of the flavors. I tried the Thai tea and it is better than most Vietnamese places. I've also sipped the honeydew (taste like the Korean vice cream aka BOMB), the hot taro which is very good (job I'm very critical of hot taro). They also got coffee for coffee lovers. The place is new so it's clean and furnitures are new. They even have a cool touch table to play multiple games on!It is rocking with people right now but I'm sure if you come at the right time, you can even use the place to study. The workers are extremely friendly and efficient. The amount of volume they have to serve, you would think they would slow down but they work fast. My boyfriend and I ordered the Vietnamese coffee drink with boba and taro slush. The former was very strong and wasn't the best Viet coffee I've ever had, but we still finished the drink. The taro slush was great, but too sweet for me. The next time I come back, I'd get the tara slush with less sugar and a different drink instead of the Viet coffee. If you're out in the suburbs and don't want to take the long hike all the way to China Town for some good Bubble Tea, this is actually a great place to stop by. My sister found it, and I was skeptical at first (partially because I wanted a smoothie and not bubble tea, and partially because it was all the way in the suburbs and there was being run by atypical high school skater boy when I was there). But looking over the menu, I saw she picked the right place. There was a good selection of bubble for her and a good selection of fresh smoothies for me. One downside is that their smoothies are pretty basic; you only get one or two fruits per smoothie and theirs no real exciting and unique combinations that they offer. I ordered the passion fruit smoothie and it was delicious! You also get to customize it with Add-Ons and I added the passion fruit busters and mango gels. I really recommend this combination! The flavors go really well together and the variety of textures make drinking it fun. They have a really cool touch screen table with lots of games to play on it. There's comfortable seating and over all seems like a great place to come have a drink and relax, or hang out with friends. The downsides: Price- It was a little over $11 for our two drink! Time- They take a really long time to make your drinks.
