And the concoction I got was basically just chocolate ice cream with everything all mixed together as a single shade of brown. I paid $12.95 for this terrible thing. I showed the staff the problem. They looked in my cup. They refused to do anything about it. I asked for more pistachio/kanafi crunch stuff and they replied that their manager wouldn't like that. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with this, so much so that I wrote corporate. KFT has no business selling this for $12.95. If you pay a premium price for something (drinks are normally $5 to $7 here), you expect it to be decent. I feel like I was severely cheated.

They also have more traditional icings like strawberry or Nutella, but super-flavorful. To add icing to all of the icing you'll already have, they serve really great bubble tea.
