And the concoction I got was basically just chocolate ice cream with everything all mixed together as a single shade of brown. I paid $12.95 for this terrible thing. I showed the staff the problem. They looked in my cup. They refused to do anything about it. I asked for more pistachio/kanafi crunch stuff and they replied that their manager wouldn't like that. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with this, so much so that I wrote corporate. KFT has no business selling this for $12.95. If you pay a premium price for something (drinks are normally $5 to $7 here), you expect it to be decent. I feel like I was severely cheated.

(That description doesn't feel quite right... you just have to try them to understand). The icings are also better than average donut shops because they have things like yuzu, black sesame, and taro. They also have more traditional icings like strawberry or Nutella, but super-flavorful. To add icing to all of the icing you'll already have, they serve really great bubble tea.
