After walking in go toward the stage and there will be staff to take you to your seat. I got VIP tickets so was seated at the front. Soon after being seated, a server came to take my order. There is a two item minimum per person. I got the watermelon margarita, lemon pepper boneless chicken, and peach paradise sangria. Service was mostly good. My server came by regularly. If you sell tickets to an event and you send out tickets online, then you're should be able to scan the virtual tickets. You don't wait until everyone is in line to decide that you can't scan virtual tickets, send everyone to the box office to get printed tickets and then only have one person working the box office. Seriously, this is beyond horrible management on the part of this company. I feel bad for your comics, they have to wait to perform, because you can't manage the easiest process!
