Their lack of communication is alarming, as is their habit of not paying for purchased material (i.e. stealing). Fun fact: Louis Lovejoy also owned another fire sprinkler company (Sapphire Sprinkler) that refused to pay for material as well. It seems to be a theme with him. He'll start a company, purchase materials, then stop paying the invoices. He'll then just close up shop, start a new company, and repeat the process. Enter into a business relationship with Freedom Fire Protection at your own risk. You will eventually get burned as I, and many others, already have.
