They came and did the work (they said) without letting anyone (mom, son and dog were home at the time) know they were there. First incident of rain/ice roof is still leaking as if nothing had been done to it. I called them because I'm thinking they were paid to fix a leak and need to do just that. Nope, the guy says the work for repairs is not guaranteed. Your work is not guaranteed? What did I pay for? The owner stated that I would be charged again if they come out again. Needless to say I called another company who ACTUALLY guarantees their work. Lesson learned. Do yourself s favor and don't hire this company.

The employee from Watson was at my house for two days, and he arrived on time/early. He worked hard to break up my old concrete and to move it into the back of his truck for haul-away. This employee from Watson also had strong communication skills. After he had removed the old sidewalk pads that were around the property line with my next-door neighbor (which were previously agreed upon), my neighbor came out and angrily yelled for no good reason. The employee from Watson remained calm, and he kindly and factually explained what we were doing. As for price, I do not know how much my concrete company paid Watson, but I doubt that the price was unreasonable. Overall, I feel really happy that Watson Excavating, LLC helped us. According to Watson's social media, they do excavation also for new home sites, regrading yards, development and clean-outs for ponds, etcetera.

The prices are very reasonable and they generally show up when they say they will show up and finish the project when it should be done. When time is of the essence I put that into the contract and they adhere to it. Here are some of the projects that they have done for us: 1) built a privacy fence between us and our neighbors so we would not have to look at the junk car and other mess in the yard; 2) Built an aluminum chain-link enclosure fence with gate around our backyard so our doggies can run around safely; 3) installed a new garage door and garage door opener; 4) installed a shut off valve in the basement; 5) installed a new kitchen sink disposer; 6) totally remodeled our guest bathroom including replacing the old tub with a glass enclosed walk-in shower; 7) Re-caulked all of the doors and windows in our house; 8) Installed new water lines to the washing machine; 9) demolished and rebuilt stairs leading from the house onto the deck; 10) Replaced the kitchen sink faucet and sprayer; 11) many other projects.

They were careless and and unplugged my chest freezer costing me near $1000 dollars of disposed food that had thawed which apparently isn't a big deal to the owners as they offered me a discount on labor...um I want my food replaced!! I also liked the convenience of the scheduling process. I liked that the scheduler asked thorough questions about what was being moved. The movers worked very efficiently as well - we were scheduled for 5 hours and they got it done in 2.5, so they lowered our bill.
