They had a good review so we decided to go and give it a try. we actually went there to try to file my husband's taxes by himself. and we noticed they do small business taxes as well and we have a small business so we went and we wanted information to see if it was a good place for us to do our business tax. there was a lady sitting next to us as we were waiting, and we thought that it would've been a perfect place because the lady had very good recommendation. when it was our turn, we introduced ourselves and we were happy to be there in the beginning and we were so happy that we have finally found someone so we decided to bring back all the paperwork on our small business so we reschedule the appointment with the gentleman that was helping us. He made the appointment for us four days after that day. We took everything that they had asked us for. since I work most of the time I went to my banker and my banker was not available so he wasn't able to print out my front page of my bank statements. I called them and I told him the situation and they told me if I emailed my bank statements they will print it out for me. There was no problem so I was more than happy at the moment but things did not go as we thought it was going to go as we were waiting there. The husband and wife were arguing about who schedule does the Appointment. because they accidentally. double book 2 appointments at the same time we were understanding we sat there. We told him it's OK. Take your time we were there already. We really needed to file our taxes or find someone so we were basically desperate to do so we were there over an hour. We were OK while the husband and wife kept arguing about the double booking appointments. when I started emailing the bank statements, the lady got mad and she started going off on me and she said you need to do your homework. We can do it for you. so I was calm and I figured that she didn't know that we were just there for her husband to take a look at her paperwork and see how he could file the taxes. she kept going off on her husband. She kept going off on me and, my husband, so my husband told her it's OK don't stress out just go ahead and reschedule us. There's no problem we could come back another day. The lady kept going off on her husband going off on me going off on my husband when she told me that I needed to do my homework several times that's when I got mad and I told her I know what I'm here for. I need to talk to your husband. He's the one that told me just to bring samples of the filling that we needed to do so that's what I did. I brought samples? and she just kept going off and off and off. so we left I left all my paperwork behind including my children's 1095B records because I thought that my husband was going to reschedule the appointment I guess at the end my husband walked out because we will have to yell over the lady, she will not let you talk. She's very hardheaded so she will not let you talk and explain anything so we did. We left and today I decided to go back to pick up my 1095B records for my children's School and the lady threatened to call the police on me when I just told her I just came to pick up the papers I left behind from my kids schools, I need to file my taxes and she said we don't have it. We don't have it. She kept repeating that she doesn't have it. We doesn't have it when I know I am 100% we left that behind and she says she shredded everything when my husband put up a review of everything that happened that day, she shredded all my paperwork, my original paperwork from California Department of healthcare services I came home I checked I do not have it. They kept it and they shred it plus them shredding my original documents. They threatened to call the police and I told her I could call the police myself. you don't have to call the police. There's no reason why calling the police and she said it's because your husband left a bad review. I said my husband did not leave a bad review.
