Eight weeks of our lives were wasted waiting for this company to do ANYTHING correctly. We would request updates and get nothing. We sent documents only to have the same documents requested again. Paperwork with our personal information was sent to an unknown email (the company is backing up on that saying it didn't go out). We are trying to build an ADU and went with this company because it was one of the eight on the list to get the 40K grant. We interviewed Luz, who seemed really on top of her game. Nothing could be further from the truth. I couldn't get updates on the status of the loan, the interest rate, or anything at all. Worst experience of our life and now we are 2 months behind on where we should be with building the ADU. Thank goodness I found a great broker and we are borrowing more money (to cover the lost 40K), but paying less. I am getting an interest rate at 1.125% less than quoted by this company AND closing in 17 days. Lots of promises and nothing else. read more

I wanted to keep my mothers house, and buy out my siblings. 2 of my older siblings were being uncooperative, and the other was all for it. It took about 2-3 months to get this all done only because my 2 older siblings were dragging their feet about decision making. Worse place ever. I try getting a loan about a year ago with them saying they could help me and stuff since I work in commission getting a loan was becoming an issue. They waisted my time and run my credit for nothing. I did get loan with another company and I'm happy with my house. This company keeps on sending me text messages every week asking me to go with them. I have requested to be remove from there text messages and nothing. Today they send me a yelp link so guess what your getting a yelp review and it's not a good one. read more
