When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. When they got to our house, it was the best experience from the beginning to the end. They were two of the friendliest people ever. The TVs were hung perfectly, cables hidden - suggested an idea for the tv boxes and it went flawlessly. I also realized I needed a network cable connector added in the basement, and with no questions asked, they fixed that too!
